Yum! Our lunch was fantastic and the portions were HUGE! The tirokafteri is a must get, with just the right amount of spice. Best gyro I’ve had in quite some time and I tried a bite of the lamb souvlaki, which was flavorful and seasoned perfectly. Will definitely be back.

I am impressed! We had been wanting to try the newer gyros places locally after GW closed. This was the first one. It is clean, well lit, nicely appointed. There were even fresh roses in vases on the table! For a small place they were during the lunch hour rush. The service here was top notch. The gentleman at the counter took our order and we were allowed to select a table. He knew and brought out our correct order without an order number or a flag etc. Thru deliver the food to you at your table in a timely manner. Even our starters/ shares were brought out prior to the entree.
The food was nicelly presented and on plates, not disposable baskets!
We tried the spankopita, falafel starter and had the gyros. All were delectable. 10 out of 5 on this one folks!

The Great Greek Med. Grill on Moreland Road in Waukesha has been open about 8 months now. We visited it Feb. 26, 2026 for an early dinner. You place your order and pay at the counter, then get your beverage, and sit at a table. The staff brings you your meal.
The restaurant was clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the food was super fresh, and were nice portions. My husband had a classic-style Gyro sandwich, and he also ordered a very nice Greek salad, and a beverage. I ordered a children’s Chicken Kabab (grilled on a skewer) which came with tasty rice with complex flavors, a small salad, and small drink. We fully enjoyed both entrees. I also ordered Baklava which is a favorite of mine if made well. The 2 pieces of baklava were made correctly, and were a joy to eat. The food bill without tip was $44. We added a $7 tip because the order taker/server made certain we had everything we needed – and checked with us to make certain we were happy.
We spoke to other 2 diners who said they regularly visit from Greenfield because they enjoy the freshness of the food, and crave the baklava ice cream.
I would recommend this establishment based on freshness, cleanliness, taste, value, and the staff friendliness. They even have a small children’s menu.

I used to think all gyros were the same until I tried one from The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill.
High quality kosher meat. Light and soft in texture and taste! Heaven in my mouth. I feel spoiled and I can’t go back to having a gyro from any other place. This is it the end of the finish line! All the ingredients are fresh and abundant made to order, with pleasing portion size! You won’t be disappointed!

The food was absolutely delicious. We had the gyro, a rice bowl and my daughter got the kids’ chicken strips.
Presentation was beautiful and the taste was even better! Fresh flowers on every table and the service was great. Ion took our order and was super helpful on what to try. We will definitely be returning!

Really wonderful place to grab a meal! They have a menu with allergens listed where you order and are knowledgeable on their options! Easy to get gluten free if you ask for no pita and go for the really yummy lemon potatoes! Very quick to get our food. The whole family enjoyed their meal and definitely want to come back! I personally am very happy to have great Greek food I can eat gluten free! (I only got a photo of my meal, sorry )

First off the service was TOP TIER! The staff is friendly, and welcoming. I asked for something that technically wasn’t on the menu and they made it work. It tasted AMAZING. Omg it was so good.

I ordered the Lamb Souvlaki entree with the rice pilaf and it was amazing. I would go back here instead of Casablanca any day. I also had the egg lemon soup I wish it was a little bit more lemony. This is my new favorite place to go. The food was high quality.

Ordered online food was hot and ready when I picked it up. Service was perfect even though it was to go it was kept warm plenty of napkins silverware. So much meat it was two meals. I’ll definitely be back.
