Ordered a filet o fish and a medium fry. Had us park. Ok, no problem, usually when they do that, food is being made fresh. Nope, lukewarm fries, and the filet had been sitting quite a while. So exactly what were we waiting 15 minutes for?

The textbook definition of incompetence.
I have had way too many bad experiences at this location to have any chance of the good outweighing them. Everything from low-quality food, messed up Doordash/Uber Eats orders, bad smell inside the restaurant, you name it. I am done. I am done coming to this location. I cannot recommend it to anyone.

3/2/26 @ 2am, Terrible service. Ordered sauce with my mobile order on the app, which they did not charge for, at the second window I hear the manager say, “is that the mobile order with all the sauce that they aren’t going to get”
Sure enough, only got 2 sauces. Manager said that I ordered to many.. I told her I could pay for them, she said I can but would have to drive back around. So that’s what I did and paid my $2.
The app should make you pay for them if that’s the case, I’m not mad about it, just annoyed with the lack of customer service and making me drive back around. Additionally my Dr Pepper was watered down and the burgers were not fully wrapped and falling inside the bag.
Please do better. The “we are short staffed” excuse is irrelevant in this situation.

Customer service does not exist here. It was not busy and we put in a dine in. Grabbed our table number and sat down. This one lady running the food just dropped it off in a bag at the counter without the drink cup without saying anything. Eventually I got up and grabbed the bag and then waited 5 minutes for someone to come get me a cup from the counter: Again same black haired runner lady continuously making eye contact and ignoring me standing there until I flagged another person down. Definitely a crappy experience, and fries were cold by then -.-

We ordered Splenda, only had Equal. We ordered hot sauce, only had mild sauce. Ordered a soft drink and had to ask the employee for a cup to which their response came off as annoyed. Diet Coke tasted like syrup. Coffee tasted like burnt grounds. The changing table in the bathroom was so slanted/broken my child was close to rolling off.

These employees will deliberately ignore you- it’s almost like they’re trained to do so. The floor is almost always wet. Not just a little damp, either. I mean puddles everywhere. Doordash orders take forever. They mark it as ready when they START the order, not when they finish it, like they’re supposed to. How do these people maintain a job?! Who is hiring them?

I sure would love to give 0 stars for this location if there was a possibility.
I don’t even know where to begin, but I’ll put it as I have saved it in notes as things were happening.
If you have time to kill and want to waste it, this is definitely the place to go. Want things missing from the order and barely any interaction to have it corrected, great place to come to. They literally have no interactions with the customers, they force you to use the kiosk to order anything, sucks if you only have cash, can’t spend that here, unless you want to wait over 5 minutes to finally be acknowledged waiting in line at the counter.
I thought this was going to be the only thing I’d say for this location, bur oh no, I gotta say this as well, there was a freak out from a worker behind the counter, doing a new age flip out yelling at a poor woman not knowing how to use the kiosk, cause he was a lazy jerk not wanting to take an order at the counter, definitely going to contact cooperate, cause the manager there didn’t do jack, in fact slightly agreeing with him; maybe it was a way to calm this dude, but majorly disrespectful not to at least try and have them take a breather.

Seems to be a well run McDonald’s. Employees were nice.
I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes. The hotcakes were just warm, the eggs seem to actually be a half an egg size, small, flat, overcooked and tasted funny. The sausage patty was extremely well done. Tables were dirty. Other than that…. Over priced at $12.84.

This is the only restaurant in town where I have to fully check my order before leaving. Consistently, pieces of my order are forgotten, and the restaurants owners refuse to give me the time of day to make it right. The employees are friendly and cooperative when something is wrong, but I have never been treated properly by the people who are responsible for the issues. Ownership is completely out of touch and could not care less about you or any problems you have.
