I cannot say enough about our experience at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood it was absolutely exceptional and made for a perfect birthday dinner! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere exuded elegance and sophistication, with a warm, upscale vibe that made the evening feel special. Our server, I think his name was Rome, was phenomenal attentive, knowledgeable, and added just the right touch of personal flair to make the night memorable. Surprising me with birthday dessert which I can’t stop thinking about the taste.
The food was truly outstanding. The shrimp was perfectly cooked juicy, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection. The street corn was unbelievably tasty, with a rich, smoky, and savory flavor that complemented the meal beautifully. Every bite was a delight. The mocktails were equally impressive creative, refreshing, and expertly balanced, making them a perfect accompaniment to our meal.
The service throughout the evening was impeccable, with every detail thoughtfully attended to, from the timing of courses to the friendly yet professional demeanor of the staff. The elegant decor, soft lighting, and live background music created a refined and celebratory ambiance that was perfect for marking a special occasion.

Although an hour drive from us we came for our first visit here 2 Saturdays ago. AJ took care of us, they got busier into the evening but the music was kept to a nice minimum. Had a very good old fashioned. Our dinner of rack of lamb & filet were a tad heavy on the salt, we quite like to taste our meat. While they did kindly offer to switch them out we thought it unnecessary & declined the offer. Mashed potatoes were ok, asparagus nicely done. Their bread is delightful, nice & crusty while the bananas foster was a winner. Overall a pleasant dining experience.

Visited for Thanksgiving and could not have been more satisfied! From the moment stepping out of the car for complimentary valet service to the moment leaving! It was an exceptional dining experience!
Definitely recommend having reservations for any holiday or special event as they were very busy but not overly crowded. It was perfect. They even had a life band playing the piano, drums & guitar. It was perfect!
The music, food, atmosphere, service, drinks, temperature in the restaraunt, staff….everything was perfect.
I can’t wait to go back.

Took my wife for our 3rd wedding anniversary last night. The staff did not disappoint. Felipe was amazing! Extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. He checked on us regularly to ensure our experience was top notch. At one point in the evening, the manager came by to check on us, wished us a happy anniversary, and thanked us for sharing our special day with EV. We were gifted with a complimentary champagne toast and desert celebration. My wife and I left with a smile on faces and extremely pleased with the experience. Thank you to everyone at EV for making our anniversary evening out special.

We recently visited Eddie V’s in Tampa and had an amazing experience. The service was outstanding, our waiter was friendly, professional, and very attentive. We ordered the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly, so tender and flavorful. The appetizers and sides were also delicious, but the highlight of the night was definitely the dessert. We had the banana cake that they flambéed at the table, such a fun presentation and SO good!
We’ve been to other Eddie V’s locations before, but this one has definitely been one of the best experiences we’ve had. Beautiful atmosphere, great food, and excellent service from start to finish. 10/10 recommend and we’ll 100% be back next time we’re in the area!

WOW. Okay from start to end the food here was incredible. The crab tacos and tuna tartare were amazing – the tacos just topped it for me! The fillet and lobster tail were cooked perfectly and the truffle Mac & cheese was the perfect accompaniment. Spicy margarita was great! The staff were super friendly and made a big effort for my partners birthday with a cake and card.

This place is absolutely amazing. I went on Halloween 2025 as an early treat birthday outing dinner/date night with my beautiful wife. Our server “Shelby” was also just as amazing as the food. Pricey but worth it. We had 2 10 Oz Center Cut Filet Mignon And 5oz Roasted South African Lobster Beurre Blanc, Truffled Macaroni And Cheese and ahi tuna on crispy rice. The ponzu sauce was amazing and a nice change from typical soy sauce. The butter sauce for the lobster was good on everything. The bread and salted chive butter was also absolutely amazing.

Our steak, loster, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were delicious. Drinks made to perfection. This ontop of Nick’s service elevated our evening. My wife and I came here on a whim for the first time. We have always been Flemmings fans but Eddie V’s has taken first place by far now. The entire meal was fantastic, nothing I wouldn’t order again. Best crabcake we have ever had. Their happy hour deal is a steal, now Sunday through Saturday. Had the Miso Salmon and the bone in Ribeye.. they say they’re a seafood restaurant but that steak was top 2 in my book for Tampa and Bern’s is not the other. Would highly recommend going here for any occasion.
