There’s an abundance of vegan options.
Pictured is the vegan Mac and cheese, which was delicious. It’s a big portion, which 2 can share. I’ve also ordered the vegan quesadilla, but it was not grilled to my desired taste because I did not ask.

Sebastian’s Ale & Whiskey House has quickly become one of my go-to spots in Lombard. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the staff is consistently friendly, and the giant TVs make it a great place to catch a game. But the real highlight? Their beer selection—easily one of the best in town.
If you’re a bacon lover, you’re in for a treat. They have an entire section of the menu dedicated to bacon-inspired creations!
Here are a few of my personal favorites (with photos to prove it):
1. Noon Whistle Brewing Gummy Beer – A smooth, hazy IPA that hits just right. Bonus: the brewery is right across the street!
2. Loaded Jr. Pretzel – A soft pretzel piled high with meat, cheese, and all kinds of deliciousness.

Many tvs. Huge selection of draft beer bourbon whiskey and scotch. I added pics of the food menu. Food is decent. This isnt a Michelin starred restaurant. For me ambience and service matter more at an establishment like a sports bar.

Went for a bears game. The waitress was very good. The atmosphere is great for watching sports. It was not packed. They have a huge tv were the game was playing, but the seating is way too close. So we watched it on the dozens of other tvs. I had the chicken wings. Omg, they were huge. I had the hot parmesan garlic. The flavor of the payment and garlic were good. It just want hot. Looked like some red hot sauce (Frank’s?) was put in, but I could not taste any heat. I had a bloody mary. I got filled up from the vegans in that. It was just a little spicy which I liked. Yet, we also ordered the pretzel. The have you a large, soft and warm pretzel with 3 sauces. I could not choose between the honey mustard, cheese, or spicy mustard. So, I double dipped. Fortunately my wife was the only one sharing with me.

Went for the pesto chicken with sweet potato tots, delicious. Mango lime cake is the highlight, light and refreshing!

Sebastian’s is a bacon lover’s dream! As someone who doesn’t typically choose bacon, I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed the appetizers. I ordered the hot chicken sandwich for my main course and requested it extra spicy; unfortunately, spicy wasn’t exactly what I got… it didn’t seem to have any kick at all. Still tasted great, so I was still satisfied. Finally, the Bacon Brownie is possibly the best dessert I’ve ever tasted. Topped with chocolate gelato and sprinkled with chocolate syrup and bacon bits, it’s the perfect blend of sweet and savory! Also, our server Sarah was wonderful! She definitely made our experience a great one!

We had a party of 11 and we were seated within 15 mins. Our server was GREAT!! His name was Jordan. The food was HELLA GOOD!! I would definitely recommend. We went to the location in Lombard. Love it here. The food is great. The staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is cool for a date night and for family/friends!! You won’t regret it. Trust me!! The drinks are really good too!! ❤️❤️❤️

Everything was incredible. Our waitress was a sweetheart. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Drinks were strong and cheap. I recommend going during their happy hour. The atmosphere is definitely more of a bar setting so its great for night out with friends. It said online they had karaoke on Fridays. However, they did not have it going while we were there. Overall this place was great and we will definitely be back!
