Took over an hour to get a table at a half empty restaurant. When we finally got sat the host never brought us silverware then after ordering drinks which were mostly water it took 20 minutes to get them. When our server Naleia took out food order she was half listening and pulled out her phone texting someone. We ended up just paying for our drinks and leaving. When she brought the check she slammed it down on table. There was no manger in sight to speak to.

I was traveling to the area and stopped in for dinner. Bartender was cordial. I ordered the Bourbon chicken. It was supposed to be on a bed of onions and mushrooms. I guess the cook didn’t know that a mine out on a bed of onions. I found two mushrooms about the size of a dime. No butter or anything fit the mashed potatoes. Then I ordered a piece of the caramel apple pie to go. I figured it would be a piece of pie in a to go container. Not quite. It was pie crushed into a soup cup. Pic attached. Unbelievable. Won’t be coming here anymore when I come back.

Wow food was amazing BUT our server was VERY rude $95 bucks for poor service and hair in two different plates. Check this waitress attitude out Applebee’s. Picture I’m leaving is maybe how you can find out who she was and tell her not to be rude to customers or act racist and that’s why she didn’t get a tip and we tip well. Also never checked on un and other plate was 13 mins late really?? Wow do better y’all.

Honestly I didn’t have the best experience, BUT the manager, I believe his name was Rico, was the most helpful and respectful person I have dealt with in a while. I ordered a carry out and my order was specific for allergies. The order was wrong, but again when I spoke to Rico he was the most understanding. Like actually I hope that guy has an awesome night. Our food wasn’t right but he made us feel respected and validated.
Thank you for being respectful, understanding, and calm. It’s few and far between nowadays, and you kept our business because of how professional and caring you were.

Went to this location tonight, and was NOT disappointed. The restaurant was very busy, and we did have to wait a bit to be seated. However, the gentleman who greeted us was very gracious, and made us feel like we arrived at our best friends house. We’ve never experienced that before, and it really made us feel valued and appreciated. We were sat after about ten minutes, with our server, Mykeisha who was just terrific. Very attentive and kind. Even though they were incredibly busy, our food came out quickly and hot. And kudos to the gentleman at the front door, who was not only greeting everyone who came in, but also was constantly zipping around the restaurant, cleaning tables, making sure everyone was well taken care of, and doing it all with a smile. Will most definitely be back!

Came for a mom and dad getaway meal. Ed was great at the door. Needed to pump while here and without skipping a beat he asked if I needed access to a plug or anything else. So very nice. Nancy was our server. She was so friendly and on top of it! Our food came fast and was nice and hot. The Salmon was PERFECT! Very happy with our quick meal alone.

Just don’t come here it’s not worth it. We were sat quickly and greeted, but that’s where the good service ended. We saw our server maybe twice. When we we ordered our drinks and appetizer and when he brought them to us. The rest of the time he spent with his two other coworkers talking to a table. We never got a chance to order our food because no one ever came to take our orders. We got to the restaurant around 6:12, put in an order around 6:20 am then didn’t see our server again for another thirty minutes. It ended up just not being worth it. Paid the check and left. Food was good at least but this place is a skip.

Went their for lunch today. Haven’t been in a few years. Ordered the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. The waitress asked me to point to the one I wanted. I pointed to the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. She then asked if I wanted grilled or crispy. I said grilled. A little while later she came and asked what dressing I wanted. I said “Caesar”. She then brought me a completely different salad with a side of Caesar dressing. I said that is the wrong salad. I told her I ordered the Caesar salad. She took it back and I said can I please just get it to go, since I was on my lunch hour. Finally comes back with a smaller salad in a to go box. I was confused so I asked the manager, he said the bowls to go are smaller, but they can fill my bowl up more. He takes the bowl to the back and after ten minutes, we ask for a refund for salad as we are late getting back to work. He never came back out from the back. The bowl they brought out, looked to be a side salad, not a $14.99 salad that we had originally paid for. Will not be back. Another manager did refund the salad.

Bartender was horrible. He took forever with one drink. And did not make the drink as pictured!! When asking the waitress she told us he had an attitude!! Even the guy with the nappy fro at the door caught an attitude with the server !!! I’ve been here many times and it’s always slow. Then food is always a hit or miss!! I’ve made up my mind while I was there today that I was never coming back. Our waitress was nice but she was new. And it seems like they were poorly training her. And not at all nice to her ! Then a dirty bag lady bring a ton of bags to the table with who’s knows what in them. I was truly done !!!
