Beware if you order a bacon cheeseburger, I’ve been going to this sonic for years now and the service has consistently gone down. For a “bacon cheeseburger” you’d expect to have a decent amount of bacon on your burger. Recently, it’s been a single strip of bacon cut into three pieces. Pretty ridiculous especially when they’re charging almost $13 for the combo. Officially done going to this location.

This Sonic is the only fast food in the Lexington. If it wasn’t here I would have to drive to Purcell for a burger and fries. The food comes quick and the service is good. Also the milkshakes are excellent.

Lexington, Oklahoma Sonic is a drive-in burger and shake restaurant. Sonic has all the Americana favorites such as burgers, coneys, fries, ice cream, custom shakes and soft drinks. This Sonic has quick friendly service. The food is served hot. You can pay for your order with your credit card from your car. This location has no drive thru. It is a drive-in meaning you order from your car and are served in your car. There are always cars here, but don’t worry they are busy yet service is quick. Always have a great experience here.

Love the people, the food isn’t always the best, it happens. Today my bacon steak grilled cheese was made different, the beef was not shaved steak, but more important, smelled ‘not fresh’. It tastes ok, but not as good as usual. Too many ‘grilled(not)’ onions.

We ordered one ultimate burrito which was covered in some sticky cheese, a sausage and egg burrito which had barely anything in it, and did not receive the sauces we ordered. We called in to get the money back and the man told my husband that’s how the burritos are always made and to never come back to the store then hung up on him.
Not sure what was going on today. My husband stops by before work at least a couple times per week, gets essentially the same thing every time and has never had a problem.

If I could give negative stars I would. Service is crap and the manager Carely needs to be fired. She’s rude as all get out to customers and the way she treats teenagers is wrong on many levels. She is the biggest problem at this location.
They also need to train the new hires more when taking orders because 90% of the time they get it wrong. It’s to the point I now only go to the Purcell location, at least they are nice and get orders right.

Absolutely awful service. They WILL mess up your order in some way. If you ask for water they will give you sand. It a scam!

Great service. Informed of allergy when special ordering my food the young lady who was manager on duty took my order then came out to my car to let me know she took the liberty of checking ingredients in the sauces on my food and they do not contain any of my allergens. To go above and beyond to ensure I was safe was fantastic.
