AUTHENTIC delicious tacos!!!
Found this place randomly and we were SO glad we did!! Sooo delicious!!!
They give you chips and salsa when you sit down (kinda wish the chips were crispier but i liked the mild salsa and cut up lemons).
Service was great, she checked up on us a lot and was very friendly!
Ordered the Asada Torta and it was amazing!! Meat was cooked well and the bread was perfectly toasted!
Also got adobada and asada tacos! Tasted so good!!!!
Will def be back. Craving it just thinking about it again don’t have to drive all the way to SD for good tacos, can just come here!

Thoroughly enjoying myself here at this unexpected gem in a row of unassuming shops in a small town. Can’t believe I’ve lived here so long and never noticed it. It’s been here most of the 20 years I’ve lived in the neighborhood.

I used to go eat there with my late husband and the food was ok i mean sometimes it would taste like it was reheater several times..but edible. But today i was really grossed out. i asked for a Mexican chicken soup and it was freash and tasty. But to my suprise i saw something swimming on the top. It was a fly pupae i pulled it apart and inside was a small maggot.

Maybe I’m just a sucker for GREAT customer service, but the atmosphere here is very comfortable and the food is AMAZING. Their Café de olla is second to none but I would encourage you to try it for yourself. I’m willing to discuss… over a cup.
