I ordered beef and broccoli with a small container of white rice and instead I got an unnecessary amount of yellow rice that was HALF of the styrofoam container with a few bits of beef and broccoli. It was like someone just dumped a whole bunch of rice with a large spoon, filled it to the top, then just dazzled a little bit of beef and sauce and called it a day. When I got home, I called up there to express how disappointed I was with the food I received and explained my messed up order, but was instead told ‘THIS IS WHAT YOU ORDERED’. Worst beef and broccoli ever, it had a rubber texture and I still can’t believe my whole container was filled to the top with rice, genuinely it was shocking to see nearly my whole container FULL of rice I didn’t even specifically ask for. You’ll have better at any other Chinese restaurant but definitely not this one.

I absolutely love this local spot! The food is always delicious, hot, and freshly made every single time. They’re incredibly accommodating with any special requests, and everything comes out just the way I want it. The staff is always nice. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food!

Great flavor and generous dinner portions. The General Tso was very good along with the rice and broccoli. Order was made fresh in a timely manner, 6-8 minutes.
Nice little Chinese restaurant especially for carry out.
We will stop again when traveling through Bartow.

Last time I bought food I was told one price from the mother which I respect, I go to pick up the order the daughter got mad when I told her the mother gave me another price and I paid this price yesterday also the mother gave me, the daughter gone tell me ima not changing the price for you, then the mother told her we dropped our taxes and prices on food, she got so frustrated with me and started talking Chinese and the mother had to tell her to close her mouth several times, I’ll never be coming back here I was a daily customer, disrespectful kids make their parents lose business

I’ve ordered the Hunan chicken lunch special three times. First time it was perfect… asked for spicy and got it. Second and third times asked for spicy and didn’t get it, but still the ingredients were good quality and the order was prepared on time. However, on 9/28/2024 there was a “rock like” particle in the food that nearly broke a molar. Maybe in a year or two, if I forget this, I may order from there again.

We received one of our items being “Fried Cheese Wontons”, which had NO CHEESE. It was completely hollow. Upon calling the take-out restaurant, I was immediately met with confrontation to where I was basically called a liar and that no one else has complained, then a few seconds later this worker (daughter of establishment), stated that there is no way to tell if they have cheese or not due to they are all pre-made months in advance. It is understandable to have an error with an order, but to have to deal with a combative worker is a huge cause to not return. This worker continued to say that my fried cheese wontons did have cheese filled inside even after receiving my text message containing photos of these hollow items. Very poor customer service. I definitely will not be returning. If you are thinking about ordering from this establishment, think twice. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
