Decided to give this place a try seem kind of weird to have a separate restaurant inside the Denny’s with the same food items as Denny’s for more expensive, but I like trying new things so I placed my order online, while placing my order it said it would be done in 18 to 25 minutes but after I placed the order a new time appeared for 1 hour so I called the restaurant and told them what happened and they said there was no one in front of me and they would start the order right away so I gave them 25 minutes and when I came to the restaurant they had not even started it yet, while I waited for the full order to be completed (20min), no one even offered me a drink, I understand mistakes happen but they were not busy at all and had plenty of staff to tackle the traffic, this felt like a failure on multiple levels, especially since it seems like it was the manager who took my call and told me they would start the order right away…definitely will not be trying this again
