I’m not a fan of sweets, but the atmosphere of the place made me stop by one frosty evening. We waited a little at the reception and were seated at a table. I ordered only hot chocolate — it was tasty, but a bit too sweet for me. However, the kids at the next table were delighted; you could clearly see that. Overall, it’s worth a visit, but if you don’t have a sweet tooth, you’ll probably not find much you like.

It was nice. Of course it was full of sweets. We went for my daughter‘s birthday and she enjoyed herself so did all the kids. The atmosphere was amazing. The service was amazing.

This was my 1st time visiting the Sugar Factory! I loved the atmosphere immediately, they are so ready for “Spooky Season”! The hostess was quite accommodating when we were waiting for the rest of our dinner party to arrive! A sweet place to celebrate a Sweet 16! The food was really good. Our server was attentive to our needs and made sure we were taken care of. We will most definitely be returning!

Was excited to take my granddaughter there. The staff seated us at a table that faced the wall. When I asked for a booth I was told no because they had just seated someone in the booth next to it in that section. So i guess since someone else sits in a section you cant because its more important for the servers to get equal amounts of tables rather than customers having a great experience. We then sat at the table I didn’t want and the booth I did want was in fact empty as well as many other better tables. The server approached us once then never returned and after twenty three minutes I asked to speak to the manager who proceeded to defend the treatment then offered the empty booth I wanted many many minutes ago. There’s no incentive because an auto 20% tip is going to be added. But honestly looking at the menu it looked like overpriced lower average food with red #5 sugar drinks and fake sugar sauces. Better off going to the olive garden. Corporate please send someone to run the place better. Not going back.

1st time in & I know it’s all about the ooo’s & aaahhhh’s of the fancy drinks and experience. However, prices for the quality is absolutely ridiculous, plus a 20% gratuity add on & we were only a party of 3. My daughter enjoyed it but I did not like my 23$ margarita. It was pretty to look at with a nasty aftertaste. Service was good and our server was friendly but there’s better options in my opinion, food just wasn’t all that.

We had a 7pm reservation and still waited 45 minutes just to be seated. What makes it worse is the automatic 20% charge added to every bill at this location. It genuinely feels like there’s no incentive for timely or attentive service when they’re guaranteed that tip no matter what.

When we asked to speak with a manager about the delay, she bluntly told us that our table had been ready, but they chose not to seat us because the kitchen was understaffed. I’d much rather sit at a table and wait than stand in a crowded lobby for nearly an hour. She said she’d “see what she could do” and never came back.

We then waited about another hour for overpriced, below‑average food. The manager never checked in—instead, she spent her time acting as a DJ at the booth behind us, queuing songs rather than addressing the issue she said she’d look into. It was honestly embarrassing to witness from someone in a management role.

After tracking her down again at the end of the meal, they finally removed the 20% charge. But the entire experience made it clear: this place does not respect customers’ time or money. I would not recommend dining here.

I’ve been to this location a few times and it never disappoints! Recently, my spouse and I decided to dine in here during our weekend getaway and it was a vibe per usual. We ordered the onion rings as an appetizer. I ordered the brick chicken dinner, along with the oreo madness insane milkshake. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles, along with the chocolate peanut butter cup mania milkshake. So far, they’re top rated for milkshakes! Overall, the food was great. Although we were served with warm water (an easy fix), our waitress was nice. If you want to step out and have a great time, I highly recommend this place! It is surrounded by hotels, entertainment and a shopping outlet.

If you’re a sweet’s enthusiast this place is a candy land that offers plenty of sugar. I would recommend the drinks and maybe desserts as the variety of food my family and I ordered, tastes like it came from the frozen section of a local grocery store and was warmed in the microwave. Pricey and a little overrated but worth a visit especially if you have kids. Great picture props.
