The women’s bathroom was very dirty. The guy with the glasses and short beard up front taking the order was kind and took our orders. My fry’s with my beef Philly were too hard. I asked the guy in-front if they could be remade cause they were too crispy. He said alright he told the short dark Hispanic girl what I said and she said in Spanish “liar”, I heard her and she looked at me and when I got my fries that were remade they were harder than they were before. I banged it on the table and it sounded like I was knocking, I don’t know if she was trying to be funny. I didn’t even go back for them to be remade. Not very pleased with my experience today. It just ruined my day.

This restaurant had horrible service horrible customer service. They made my order wrong and refuse to fix it. I ask for no onions on my sandwich and there was onions on my sandwich and when I asked them to correct this mistake they refuse to correct it even though I had the receipt showing that I ordered no onions on my sandwich and it clearly had onions on it the cashier and the cooks argue with me. So at this time I asked for a refund and they refuse to refund my money. Then I asked for the manager or owner’s number they did not want to give the number of the manager or owner. So then I brought all my food back and requested a refund finally got the manager’s number and his name was Bobby he was not of any help whatsoever very disappointed in American deli if you’re someone that eats at American deli I would advise you do not come to this location very very poor customer service

Wings are super tiny. Honey hot is actually sweet chili.
It was 30$ for 2 10pc combos
I really didn’t want the fries but it was more money to get 2 10Pc wings only and 2 drinks.
Not worth the money they charge.

Chicken Philly Cheese had just about nothing but bread. Guess the economy is driving businesses to cut portions in half while charging the same price. Seeing this all around.

Very disappointing.
Ordered two 20 piece wing combos, one with fries one with shrimp fried rice. I was charged over $60. Drove 30 minutes from Winder to pick up then drove all the way home only to discover the order was missing 10 wings and the rice/ fries portions were tiny.
Definitely not worth the cost. Waiting to see if I get a refund on the missing food

Called to speak with a manager and was told no manager was there to speak with. Left info and I’ve had no call back. Food was burned to the point it was not edible. Special requests not fulfilled such as burger only ketchup. Had everything except ketchup. 60 dollars for food that couldn’t be eaten.
