I loved Scooter but feel like the quality isn’t what it use to be. Got a frozen Matcha, and it was definitely frozen. Not drinkable. The drinks ive had just taste like milk. Drove a 1/2 mile down the road and this is what the drink looks like.

I very much enjoy the blended drinks. I don’t care for the iced or hot drinks. They just aren’t that great to me. The cinnamon roll is okay. Not that great. The cake bites are good if you like. Really sweet stuff but I don’t. The Red Bull infused drinks are pretty good

So I love Scooters. Esp the smoothies. But they recently stopped carrying the large blue berry muffin & all they have now is the minis. They don’t compare to the large one. Taste, texture & you do not get any blue berries. So disappointed because that was my treat to myself in the mornings. And they’re the same price as the large one which isn’t right for what you get. Guess I’ll just stick to the smoothies from now on.

The areas for improvement: They don’t tell you the total after ordering. They wait until you’re at the window. The $1 coffee deal going on right now is through the app only but is listed on the drive thru menu as $1. I must’ve missed that fine print and paid a whopping $5.04 for a small iced coffee. The staff is typically curt without a greeting or a ‘have a nice day’ after handing over the drink.
I’ve given to this place several chances and been disappointed every time. The product and experience received is just not worth the price.

I’m not sure how. But I ordered a caramelicious cold brew. And instead of tasting espresso. It tasted like drip that had been left to burn for 6 hours or more. Gas stations leave the same pots on for three to 4 hours at a time and it taste ten times better. Absolute fail.

Scooters was recommended by my father-in-law while we were visiting him in Glasgow. We are every day coffee drinkers so we hit up the spot a few times while in town. The barista’s are full of knowledge and were able to recommend a drink since we’ve never been there before we both ordered iced coffee with different flavorings and the taste was phenomenal. The coffee wasn’t bitter or overpowering, and even the sugar-free drink tasted fabulous. Thank you for your recommendations, your patience, and most of all your smiles!

I love that Glasgow has another coffee option, but Scooter’s misses the mark. When I order a hot coffee, I expect it to be hot. I’ve ordered here multiple times and the drinks are never hot and they are barely warm.
At this point, it seems like they have cups ready and sitting getting cold and they add what flavors or other options you request because they aren’t hot and they get you your drink as soon as you pull up. I would rather wait a few moments to get a truly hot and fresh coffee.
The staff is always friendly every time I have been there so their customer service is good but something has to change so when you order a hot coffee, it actually comes to you hot and not barely warm.

I ordered a drink with almond milk and it had regular milk in it. I had a suspicion something might be off based on the cashier’s body language and attitude at the window so I was cautious with how much I drank. But, alas I drank enough for my body to know it was real milk. I also don’t love that what drink and options you have ordered isn’t in the cup. Not sure if that is a Scooter chain normal or just my experience that day. It was my first and last time I’ll be going.

We’re through the drive thru twice a day, almost every day. Love the coffee here. The girls here are so sweet! Love the food, too. I really wish you guys would look into expanding the food menu. Please! As someone who eats breakfast here most days, there aren’t a lot of options.

The girls in the morning here are amazing. Im a local trucker, obviously i cant fit through the drive through. They do mot have an actual area for walk up customers, but they allow me to walk up to the window to order and get my coffee. I don’t even have to order anymore they always have it made by the time i get to the window basically. Although i try to be courteous to other customers, if there is several people in line i wait for it to clear out some, or if my drink isn’t quite ready yet and the next person’s is ill move out of the way. They accommodate me and my needs. Excellent customer service every morning, and yes literally stop almost every day unless i have to leave out before they open.
