Had been wanting to try!! Finally did Food Was Delicious So Many Options!! Will be back again. Waiter Was friendly!! We Used The Online Reservation so we didn’t have to wait long Recommend using if you don’t want to wait long!! Steak & Ribs With Loaded Baked Potato!!

Our server, Sydney, gave us an extremely disappointing experience. We drove an hour to dine here, and unfortunately the service we received was some of the worst we’ve had. We had to ask multiple times for refills, and when we did, she responded with an attitude. She never pre-bussed our table, even though we watched her do it for the tables around us. She also checked on her other two tables to ask how their food came out, but she never asked us once.
At one point, plates were dropped and broke, and they sat on our table until the end of our meal. It really felt like we were being ignored almost as if because we’re younger guests, our service didn’t matter. That’s definitely something that needs to be addressed.
We also noticed she offered boxes to her other tables but didn’t offer any to us. After we paid, we had to wait an additional 10–15 minutes just to get a box.
If I were to return to this location which at this point is very unlikely I would make sure not to be seated with Sydney, even if it meant waiting an extra hour. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope it’s something that can be improved moving forward. She seemed overwhelmed with her two table section maybe yall need to give her a one table section.

I think Texas Roadhouse is usually one of the best bang for the buck chain steak houses. My porterhouse was a little off last night when compared to how it normally taste. Still a pretty decent meal overall. Staff was very friendly, great bartender, overall very good experience. I’d definitely go back.

Been here a few times over the past few weeks since I am working in the area. It gets packed here, but all but one of my experiences have been blah. Tried to change my drink order at the bar one visit as the frozen tasted like they put to much ice in the machine. Bland. I was told it was mess up their “INVENTORY” if I switched from frozen to on the rocks. First and last time sitting at the bar. Inventory on a frozen drink out of a machine that you’ve already put too much ice in???? Well since I know that was an excuse saved especially tor me, I took it for what it was. So we go again last week, I order the medallions MEDIUM WELL! Couldn’t even eat what they brought out. I just left this message on the table. Bread and butter and baked sweet potato is good if they don’t put marshmallows on them after you ask them not to!

Mostly five stars. It was a little loud but then again we we seated in the bar area, so I suppose that’s not really a negative. We had lunch and our table ordered a lot of different items. The server that was assigned to us was still training but he seemed eager to please in a friendly way and was attentive. Our drinks were refilled timely and we were offered extra bread… napkins etc. Overall the food was good and the service was also good. I will return. All the meals were hot and fresh, filling and hearty. Comfort food fast.

We enjoyed an excellent dinner here. Steaks were done properly and both the salads and sides were very nicely done as well. I recommend the strawberry cheesecake, it’s a large portion and really excellent NY cheesecake. Keep in mind these are very popular restaurants so expect to wait for a bit to get a table during typical dinner hours. They do have a call-ahead option which really helps expedite getting a table. The noise level is quite high due to the large number of people but you’ll enjoy a great meal here.

The place was filled up, but we didn’t have to wait long for a table. Maybe a five minute wait at most. Our food came out quickly also.
The bar area had good access to TVs with all of the games.

Mary Elizabeth was the sweetest and most considerate waiter my family and I have had in a while. She embodied true hospitality, never let us sit without something we needed, and was genuinely pleased to take care of us. Nothing we asked was too much. Wanted to shout her out, so she deserved it!!

I ordered food online yesterday but arrived at the restaurant for it to be closed (we had a snowstorm). Called in today and was connected with Cori (hopefully I spelled it right) she was a manager. I gave her my order information and she quickly had it remade.
In general though, this location is really great with plenty of parking. The To Go staff are very polite and quick. I will definitely be returning to this location. Really amazing job

I looked and watched a lot of videos of reviews for this restaurant. I’ve been once about 12 to 13 years ago late in the evening so there was very little people in the restaurant so hardly no noise. The food was great steaks was cooked. Perfect we even drunk about 3 to 4 drinks a piece at night but I can’t say this about this restaurant Texas roadhouse in Hendersonville, Tennessee. I ordered the 20 ounce bone in ribeye and so did my wife. I told them I wanted mine medium. She ordered hers the same way I also had a loaded baked potato, which I asked. For the potato not to be opened And all the toppings for the potato to put on the side, the food arrives. My steak was a little bit overcooked. The potato was busted open my wife’s baked potato. She ordered the same thing, not cut or opened up. And of course it was opened up too her state like I said she ordered a medium, but it was a little bit closer to medium rare, but I couldn’t have never imagined what I was looking When I went in there and realized when we got to the table that it was like going into a sports bar, it was just so loud you could not Even think for yourself couldn’t have a conversation with the wife across the table It was just ridiculous and so of a restaurant they’ll go ahead and just do a sports bar serve a few appetizers and that would probably ease a lot of people the waitress very polite Pretty much done whatever we ask, and I appreciated her. No other staff member done anything wrong. The cooks were a little off, but I was also told that they are persistent with their fillet and their bone in ribeye. But that is wrong. I was so frustrated with the loudness and everything else going on and the wife decided to just pack our stuff up and bringing it home. So I did eat my meal when I got home the steak was chewy not all of it. There was gristle and it was just not worth it if I had stayed and let them know that for them to say well what else can we get you In my past, I’ve not never let anybody get me anything else if you send out something the first time and that’s like that then what’s the second time gonna be like and then I have to wait probably 1020 minutes for it to get prepared and of course I will never go back to any of the Restaurants I wish them the best, but that is definitely not for me. I don’t need nobody as in management or anybody that has anything to do with the restaurant. Don’t need your input. I’m not gonna help the situation. If you wanna give me back my money that would be great, but that’s not gonna happen.
