The service was great! Our waitress was training a new server and they both were exceptional. The best part, we never once had to ask for more biscuits! We would empty the basket and more would magically appear without delay!

They said the way would be about 45 minutes and it was close to that for a party of 4 on a Sunday evening.

They brought out biscuits before we ordered, which was nice because we were so hungry. One of the waitresses brought my toddler some strawberries and whipped cream just because. The staff at this location were really nice. It was refreshing.

I’m only taking off one star because of the food. My broccoli was inconsistent. The texture was different like it wasn’t steamed well. Some pieces were great, while others tasted a little like raw broccoli.

My teenager ordered a seafood boil. It had no flavor.

My Salmon New Orleans was great! My husband enjoyed his salad or bowl, I can’t remember what he ordered.

My toddler’s Mac & cheese looked like it came directly out of a box. He didn’t eat it.

We had a great time at this location! We had a polite young man in training as our server and he did a really good job w a little assistance from his trainer. The manager on duty was attentive to everything that was going on in the restaurant. We Highly recommended this Red Lobster!

Lobster is delicious, although is little too small. Cheddar Bay biscuits are amazing. But steak that I ordered should be well done, but came rare. After I asked to return it to the kitchen to have it grilled well done, they brought it to me still rare. The second time I asked to grill it again, and again they grilled it poorly and returned it rare again. I realized that asking was useless. Next time I won’t order a steak from them.

We were celebrating my nephew’s birthday and a time was had… everything was great and our server Demetrius was absolutely amazing…any and everything we asked for he provided in a timely manner… definitely will be back and request D-Man❣️

I ordered this pasta and a piece of cake for curbside pick up. The pasta was absolutely disgusting. There was no seasoning AT ALL. Tasted like water and rubbery shrimp. It did not appear to have sauce on it, but something that looks like skim milk mixed with water in the bottom. Every single biscuit was harder than a rock and overcooked. This meal was $37 for this pasta and a piece of cake – no salad or side. I am not sure who would think this is a quality meal for someone to be served. Disappointed.

Demetrius absolutely made our experience at Red Lobster exceptional. From the moment we were seated, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. He anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive, kept our drinks filled, and made sure everything came out exactly right. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and takes pride in his work. His positive attitude and professionalism turned a regular meal into a great dining experience. Red Lobster is lucky to have him—ask for Demetrius if you want top-tier service!

The price has risen as other have but the quality and quantity have suffered. The cutbacks in the staff reflects the quality and time it takes to be waited on. The scallops were fried and the size of marbles! The Red Lobster is not the one I grew up with. The only positive in the experience, was the waitress who waited on us. The waitress I would rate as a 5.0 star. The bartender was also waiting on the tables ans couldn’t get a mixed drink for 20 minutes. Overall not a good experience I care to relive! I didn’t waist any time taken videos.

We really enjoyed our dinner and Dman as our waiter! He was so nice, pleasant and professional. Food was great, drinks were great as well. Over all was a great dinner! Donna, the hostess, not so friendly for her position.
