It’s been a while since I ate at Rumbi Island Grill, but I had a BOGO coupon so decided to try it out. It’s not like I remembered it! The Mango Shredded Chicken was the driest chicken breast I’ve ever had, and didn’t have any detectable mango flavor. The macaroni salad was really bland, mostly just tasted like plain pasta. I won’t be returning any time soon. Mo Bettah’s is a better bang for your buck and much higher quality food.
The best part was the service, the wait staff was really friendly and good humored.

My husband and I visited the Spanish Fork location today and we were helped by Keren. She is very friendly and has amazing customer service skills! She made fantastic recommendations for our meals and we were very pleased! Food was delicious and the store looked well cared for.

Came to lunch today with my wife and daughter. The food was fantastic. I wasn’t insanely hungry ( haven’t felt to well the last couple of days ) and I thought I wanted the grilled mahi but decided on the fish tacos but then I decided on nothing. when Carlos delivered our food, he handed me a fish taco on the house. I just wanted to say thank you very much. That was very kind. Carlos really made my day. We need more Carlos’s in the world.

Food was good I had the cabo fish taco with rice and noodles. It was very good. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was clean. Been there a couple times had different entree This was my first time trying to fish taco. I usually get the Hawaiian style chicken. I’m sure everything’s pretty good on the menu.

As you can see from my receipt, I ordered a chicken rice bowl. It looked great until I started mixing it. I noticed quite a bit of stuff that shouldn’t be in a chicken rice bowl. I’m not sure if these brown bits are old food scraped from the grill, or a cross contamination with beef, if you look close, it kinda looks like flakes of beef or fat. At any rate, I just paid over $15 for food that I’m not sure what it is. This was at the Spanish Fork UT location. Buyer beware, hopefully I don’t get sick from the little bit I ate before I noticed this unidentified stuff!

We arrived 30 minutes before they closed (so it was 8:30 PM when we arrived and this location closes at 9 PM). The worker mopping as we came in did an eye roll as we walked in and reluctantly took our order. My husband asked me as we sat down what I thought of the reception and I told him how I only got the impression that she didn’t want us there. Then when we got our food, we were surprised by the small amount of fries that came with my husband’s burger. Maybe it’s normal for it to be so little but we wondered if they gave us what they had left for the night.

they are super shortstaffed, we ordered three meals and it took them 40 minutes to get that to us. We thought it was more fast food than it actually is. Kid’s meal is meh.

This place has gotten a lot better and now serves excellent food. The manager was able to hold the storefront down by himself at the time we went which is pretty impressive. He worked with us when we wanted to modify the coupon. We brought just a touch, so he is super helpful. The food tasted great and I’m glad that I get regular coupons so that I can come and always feel like I’m getting a deal. The meats were cooked wonderfully and have great texture. The sauces are also really good, though the spicy one can be just a little more spicy haha, maybe I’ll check out one of the other sauces. I’m grateful that in the store they have Sriracha available to help me make my dish more spicy.
