The guy that took my order didn’t ask me if we wanted specials,I saw them after we ordered. Then I told him I wanted cheese sticks, and they gave us bread sticks that I didn’t want or know that I ordered when I got the meal deal guy told me it came with cheese sticks then I didn’t get them. The pasta I got was good. The bread sticks were cold and tasted like grease of just the 1 bite I took. My kids said pizza was ok but not that great.

I placed an app order here for a larger lunch delivery that went absolutely horribly. The order was originally placed (days ahead of time) to arrive at noon but was showing up as going to deliver at 1pm. When I called to inquire about the order whoever answered was incredibly and unnecessarily rude. When I asked about the timing he explained he didn’t know why it was showing as as 1pm delivery but here would get it here as soon as possible. Obviously, that being quite ambiguous I asked what that meant and he explained he had about 30 customer orders he needed to make before mine. What is the putting in an order ahead of time if it doesn’t actually arrive on time nor hi in the appropriate order in the queue?
When I called one last time to check on the delivery status he underestimated the delivery time again.
I hope this man isn’t the owner because he doesn’t seem to have a clue on customer service nor his order execution capabilities. I understand if you’re flustered due to being busy but there is a way to handle customers with kindness and grace rather than being short and nasty.
And to top it all off the pizza was fine. I frequent Pizza Hut quite often and this was sub average.
I will never order from the restaurant again.

May 2nd. Ordered pizza, wings, and drinks online for the warehouse i was visiting. I went to pick up as soon as they opened, and the guy at the counter was very rude. Barely said a word as he handed the items to me. I don’t know if he was having a bad day (day barely started), but I hope he doesn’t treat all customers like that. Going to Chicago’s pizza next time.

I haven’t had pizza but in some time and I must say, I haven’t missed much. The toppings were on the scarce side and the pizza wasn’t as greasy as it use to be or should be. We ordered 5 pizzas and they were all the same, scarce on toppings. My 78 year old father even asked if one was a meat lovers cause that’s what he wanted. Sadly one was a meat lovers and we couldn’t tell. Service was good and they were ready on time.

Waited 10 minutes for an online order that notified us “your order is ready”. Don’t get me wrong, 10 min for a pizza is good….but why have the online notification if it’s the same time either way. Was offered no reason, and person at the windows was short and about threw our pizza into the car… was not our typical experience here.
