From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.
Classic burger chain serving customizable burgers, hand-cut fries & shakes.

But the burgers are, as usual, great!!
Some locations have fine space inside to dine, other locations are settup for drive-thru predominantly. Pic your location according to what you are looking for in the dining expirience. The food will be there and served hot whichever way you want to eat it.
I am rather picky when it comes to sauces, I do not like the 1000 island sauce they put on the burgers. When we ordered, they were asked not to put it on 2 of the burgers. I was not about to wait an additional 30 minutes over 3 $4 cheeseburgers. The staff also messed up my oldest kids order and put onions on it, which she just gave to me, no big deal. That said, I do have to consider the failure of the staff in my review.
My kids liked their food, and all the kids in our group got In-N-Out hats, which was cool. The overall complaint from the kids was how little shade there was in the seating area and how extremely hot the seats were. Concrete was not a smart choice for seating in Pasadena.
I really wanted to leave a better review because I like the brand, but this one specifically missed the mark.
If there are more than 5-7 people queued up, and you have a car, no matter the length of it I advise you wait in the drive thru line. It’s more safe and I think car orders might be prioritized when it’s very busy.
Drive thru line usually goes into street and down a lil ways, but always worth it. This one is pretty small and not much parking at all. They have a walk-up window with a few bench and tables to eat at.
