Two different days in this review.
PART 1
My second time ordering at this location as curbside pickup. My order was missing drinks. Asked the gentleman as he handed my order and I showed my order details. They took a picture of my phone and walked off. I waited and waited but I never got my drinks. I decided to walk up to him and let him know I’ll wait inside for the rest of my order. He kept walking past me. I then asked another worker Valeria, and she immediately rectified the issue. Thank you to Valeria for assisting with the missing items.

Yes, it is the best McDonald’s in Kissimmee, FL, it has a park for children. The only thing I inform you is to look carefully if there are yellow cones or if the floor is wet because my daughter fell entering, and the cones were moved, according to the cleaner, she always places them when the floor is wet. I saw her cleaner was a little wet but nevertheless the floor was wet. I hope nothing happened to my daughter in her fall with her spine, thank God she had a little bag that helped her when she fell. Be careful with the wet floor when entering any establishment.

This location was my favorite in all of Kissimmee but recently they have not been so great..from cold food.. the food just being slap together had a big Mac meal and when I open the box the burger is half off too get diet coke when I order a regular coke. I mobile ordered fries and an ice tea to pick up in the drive thru. I ended up having to pull in a mobile order spot waiting for the fries. The ice tea was horrible, old, sour and very cloudy. The crew member that brought my fries, went to get me a fresh tea, but brought sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea. I had to go back into the location and was informed it would be at least seven minutes before fresh was ready. I ended up making my own with hot water and a tea bag. Not happy.

This McDonald’s at 719 W Vine St in Kissimmee seriously made me angry. We ordered two Filet-O-Fish and they only put one patty total. One sandwich didn’t even have its patty. On top of that, they forgot my shake. How do you mess up something this basic?
This isn’t a small mistake — it shows the workers aren’t paying attention at all. I’m paying full price and getting half the food. Completely unacceptable, careless, and honestly ridiculous. Until this place gets new management or staff who actually care, I’m not coming back.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. service was very unprofessional my food was wrong when I take it back to the front they had an attitude with me like I made it the whole order wasn’t even mine. She snatched out of my hand and threw it in the trash with the nastiest attitude you could ever have. Every table in there were dirty we had to wash our own table after asking someone to wash it and they barely wiped it it was so sticky and half of it wasn’t even wiped so we had to use sanitizer from the bathroom the place is dirty and disgusting the people are rude and disgusting the food wasn’t suitable for a dog. Never ever ever ever again

I have been waiting for my money back since November 7th since when I came to pick up the food the Manager de nombre MAYUMI told me that my order had been canceled and that I had to do it again to which I explained that it was already charged and that I had no notification of the cancellation. My money was charged but she wanted me to pay again to which she did not agree. Proceed to call Customer Service to notify the situation already for 4 ta occasion they tell me that they are going to call me and neither they call me nor return my money where is the professionalism of this company and its employees?

I’m a delivery driver and come to this mcdonalds multiple times a day everyday. One of my monopoly stickers was free small fries or a pie. So at 1am I stopped on my delivery route to claim my free pie and get my pup an ice cup. They sat there and shamed me for coming for 1 apple pie and apparently it’s “worst” because I am claiming my free prize and started laughing. They spoke so loud I could hear them through the window. I told the lady that I heard her. It is rude to have people working there shaming customers coming for the food and deals McDonald’s has. I will be taking my business to a different establishment from now on

I love giving good reviews, but in this case, I just can’t. I don’t know if these are new hires or what’s going on, but the customer service quality at this location (719 Vine St.) is terrible now. This week alone I got coffee with mostly grounds TWICE, and my order was taken wrong. When I pointed this out, I was met with passive aggressive response and disdain. I’m done with this location and will take my business to their neighbors, Wendy’s or DD. Bye, bye McD’s. (This location. Other McDonald’s in the area are decent.)
