I ordered a PRETZEL crust pepperoni pizza and they gave me a regular crust pizza with pretzel salt and called it pretzel crust. They were going back and forth with me arguing that it was pretzel crust when all the facts stand that is clearly is not. They had pictures of pretzel crust posted in the restaurant and my crust looked nothing like them. Also, another customer came after me and ordered regular pepperoni pizzas and our pizzas looked the same, yet still the employee refused to admit that my pizza was not pretzel crust. Very unprofessional. I can understand if they sold out of the specific crust, but don’t lie to me and try to sell something to me that you clearly don’t have.
Side note: it is very dirty on the inside.

“I can’t recommend the Little Caesars on Holcomb Bridge enough! Sasuke and his team are consistently professional, prompt, and incredibly helpful. My pizza is always served hot and fresh, but what really stands out is the top-tier customer service. Sasuke is honest, respectful, and treats every customer with genuine care. It is rare to find such a dedicated crew, if you want great food and even better service, this is definitely the spot! 5 stars for Sasuke and the whole Holcomb Bridge team!”

They ALWAYS give us burnt pizza! Never fails! My poor kids are too afraid and shy to ask for a fresh pizza so they’re always being ripped off with old burnt pizza . Only thing “hot n ready” is me every time I see my kids eating that trash!! Paying money for some burnt pizza!!!

They never answer the phone, if they don’t feel like doing their job on whatever day. So if they don’t pick up their being lazy. Meaning less work they have to do. So lame!!! Firer Everyone!!! I know I would.

Showed up and it was really busy! The manager had a smile, was friendly and i got a fresh pizza within 10 mins of ordering for 8 bucks! No need to call.
