I was impressed with the service at Chick-fil-A when I visited a while ago. I was actually a waiter at the time when I went to Chick-fil-A with my beautiful daughter. I always heard they were a fast food place. When my daughter and I went into Chick-fil-A a girl welcomed us, told us a special for the day and asked us to sit wherever we wanted to. My daughter has already been to Chick-fil-A and she said Dad follow me, and of course I followed her. My daughter sat us in the back by the playground. I couldn’t believe they built a kids playground inside of the Chick-fil-A. Only 3-5 minutes went by and a female server came up and welcomed us again to Chick-fil-A and asked us if we were ready to order. I looked at the food menu they had and I was so hungry and I could have ate anything on their menu. I let my daughter order and told the waitress I’ll order the same thing. We had the Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich with French fries, and a soda. It was awesome and we both ate everything they made us. We also had dessert. The service was great and If she’s still in the same line of work at a restaurant then I bet she’s doing a very great job at being a server. I forgot after we ate my daughter played in their playground for about an hour. Chick-fil-A is most likely the best place to eat a chicken sandwich in the Millville and Vineland area.I have to admit it’s my favorite chicken sandwich around this area. If you haven’t visited them you better get going. Thank You and please enjoy my pictures!

Sometimes a fast food place (or “quick service”) will rush out your order poorly made or give you old food when you show up 5 min before closing time. Not this place! We got there right as they were closing and they still took our order and got us the high-quality meal you expect from a CFA. Impressed.

Solid location for chick-fil-A, hardly ever get a bad meal from them. This was quick drive thru meal while birthday party shopping. The attendants/cashiers we fabulous, spoke clearly so I did say what a billion times. Food was hot and ready to go, could used more salt but that’s a matter of preference.

When you order double meat on a salad is doesn’t appear to be double meat. It looks like the throw a little broken bits on top. I’ve gotten double meat at other cfa and its noticeably extra meat. For $5 I don’t bother ordering it here anymore. We’ve ordered double meat salads from. Here at least 5 times and its always slacking. The cfa by the mall usually put a heaping pile of chicken on top when you order double.

Did a mobile drive thru order that took an additional 10 minutes because the people there canceled the order because they couldn’t figure things out, so even though my order was paid for, I had to redo the whole order and pull out my card to pay again. Won’t be visiting this location again.

Pros: The service was ok. The parking lot was clean. I like the sauces they have available. The Prize / desert option for kids is nice . The whole runner idea is done well , bringing food out to you. Family friendly. Like the honest juice option.
Cons: tables were not clean ( wasn’t busy) . Not many options on the menu. Chicken sandwiches with a few changes to what’s on them. Wow, the tenders are crazy small. * See my picture* . The fries were almost bigger than my chicken tender. For $12 , that’s very disappointing. They could use more healthy drinks options for Adults.
All and all I would go back , but not going out of my way to go. I guess I expected more from such a reputable company.

I’ve never had a bad experience at chick fila , this Vineland location does get very busy but when I dined in on Saturday for a change , a couple of my orders where messed up a lil , asked for no tomato on deluxe spicy #2 meal and it did have tomatoes!! I tried again before I left to give them another shot and again wrong same deal ! I also asked for BbQ sauce and chick fila sauce and only had bbq sauces. This is my only bad visits maybe out of a whole year , we go every Saturday so I would say for the most part this location does a great job ! Non the less doesn’t change my opinion for the price and value of the meal chick fila does have everyone beat

Stopped in to pick up a sandwich for my 1-year-old grandson so he could have for lunch the sandwich was hot and delicious of course I ate part of it he couldn’t tell me yet LOL
