Delicious food with a Mexican soul, thoughtfully adapted to Denver’s palate. That said, the flavors are rich, satisfying, and portions are generous.
I highly recommend the ceviche tostadas, they were refreshing and absolutely delicious.
The drinks are generous in size and full of flavor. I tried the horchata, and I loved it.
The house-made Tres Leches was also excellent and truly memorable.
The atmosphere was calm. I imagine it gets busier later in the day, but for lunch it was just right, not overly crowded.
Excellent service throughout. All of the servers were attentive and consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect and that I had everything I needed.

Meet the kids for dinner. Drinks were really nice and strong and the food was delicious. We started with the Garibaldi Trio which came with a Crispy Chile Relleno, a Cheese Quesadilla, & Nachos. I ordered the combo 16 which came with three beef tacos and ordered a cheese enchilada on side. Hubby ordered the Enchiladas Rancheras which came with two over medium eggs on it. Daughter ordered the chicken mole platter and Son-in-Law ordered the Molcajete De Mariscos which came with tons of seafood. Our server was awesome, checking on us frequently.

At first glance, the exterior of Garibaldi might make you wonder if it’s open, but don’t let that fool you the big “OPEN” sign is your green light. Inside, it has that warm, classic Mexican restaurant vibe that feels welcoming right away.
They serve complimentary chips and salsa to start, and the chips are so good, possibly homemade, though I’m not totally sure. I ordered the Fajita Burrito Supreme, and it was fire. So good that I actually came back the next day to try the fajitas, which were solid too. My only small complaint was that the tortilla with the fajitas could’ve been better.
Service was great both times I visited, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. This place is definitely on my must-visit list whenever I’m back in Denver.

I love this place! ❤️ The service is always so friendly and fast! I recently went there with my friends and family and we all really enjoyed it! I especially recommend the queso fundido, and the queso dips, both the yellow and white, though my favorite is the yellow cheese. Their green enchiladas, Chile rellenos, and carnitas were so delicious! The atmosphere is nice, not overly crowded or noisy.

Came here on a Cinco de Mayo, and it was a happening place, of course. Great service from the start. Was seated immediately, didn’t wait, and served the customary chips and salsa, which were good.
Good selection on beers and Mexican beers as well as cocktails. Had a house margarita was on special for $5, and it was amazing. Also ordered the daiquiri was well balanced.
Had the street tacos they were very well portioned and the flavor on all the meats well done. They were proper street tacos in my book

Just ate dinner here and had the Steak Milanesa. It was pretty good and I’m usually not too fond of steak. Service is great, prices are very reasonable and the food came out quickly. When I do come back here I’m definitely getting a combo.

I think everything I’ve had is delicious, but two things stand out as absolutely the best and should be the standard in which they are measured.
First, they make the most authentic, tasty, perfect carnitas and the last place I know that cooks them the only true proper way (every else does whatever but at best you are serving pork roast, not transforming the pork into a carnita.) it is the perfectly complimented with some of the tastiest green chili.
However, the thing that makes me stop here once a week just for a Togo quart is their salsa (chips y salsa salsa not chile salsa or enchilada salsa…lol).
It is exactly what I think of when I imagine what perfection tastes like when chips and salsa are served at a Mexican restaurant. It’s what my favorite childhood favorites served across the metro, it definitely wasn’t as hard to locate as it seems today. I think if done correctly there are very few things that create a perfect bite. Classic crunchy ground beef tacos,, excellent cheese, classic taco sauce, raw diced cilantro onions and cheese and shredded green leaf/iceberg mix lettuce – perfection.
