Last night I door dashed a two pepperoni pizzas, my pizzas arrived with no pepperoni. By the time the food arrived the store was closed so I wasn’t able to call. As soon as they opened I called and spoke to the manager which was a lady. I let her know that not only was the pizza TERRIBLE, it also came with no pepperoni and they were missing other things I had paid for. Instead of telling me she was sorry that happened to be she argued with me and said take it up with door dash. I told her that door dash offered me a $4 refund and I just would like them to remake what they messed up. She refused. Terrible customer service.

Unfortunately, our experience on Saturday, July 5th was extremely disappointing. The person working that night hung up on us without resolving anything. We were delivered the wrong order—despite the employee acknowledging that the orders were mixed up—and they refused to fulfill a replacement order before closing. We had ordered jalapeño papa bites, 12-inch bacon cheese bread, buffalo wings, sauces, etc., but instead, we received two orders of brownies.
When we called to address the issue, we were told it was ‘not their problem’ and that we should ask for a refund, even though the store was still open. We called back immediately, only to be left on hold and then hung up on again. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the circumstances. It’s not difficult to provide better service. I hope the management addresses this behavior because it was completely unnecessary and made an already tough night worse. We’re left with brownies for dinner, thanks to the lack of customer service.
Do not recommend ever, just order from any other pizza place – they all do a better without even trying which clearly this store doesn’t care about.
Update: Still have no resolution from this.

I was not impressed… out of all the pizza places I’ve tried, this one has got to be the worst. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, bacon cheesebread, garlic parmesan wings, and a brownie. The pizza sauce tasted sweet, & it threw the whole pizza off. Something was up with the cheese, too… I’m not sure how you make a pepperoni pizza taste bad, but they did. I’m almost positive that the bacon on the cheesebread was Canadian bacon, which was a surprise because I definitely expected regular bacon. I asked for the wings well done and while they had good flavor, they weren’t well done. The only thing I truly enjoyed was the brownie. The kid at the counter was really nice, too. He answered my questions with patience & was kind. He’s the only reason for the second star.

Superb- one of our favorite pizza places, unfortunately they just don’t deliver to our part of town. Dearly miss the Cool Ranch Papadia now trying extravaganza stuffed crust now for the first time. I’m sure it will be Delicious!

Ordered pizza last night for the game. Pizza said it was delivered and left outside. The pizza was not there. They never even called. I called the store and asked for a redelivery or a refund and the rude manager refused to do either. Tried to say they tried to contact me and my phone never even rang. I was out the $40 for pizza and my food. I will never order from them again. Was told to contact corporate who wanted the delivery number from my pizza box that I didn’t even have.

I wanted to get my daughter a Vday pizza and this is what they served me. Burnt pizza and the bread sticks were supposed to be garlic and they served me just straight bread sticks nothing on them.

Further proof that things in Michigan are worse than anywhere else in America… Even Papa John’s doesn’t know how to do their job properly. Pizzas are fine but you sent ranch in one box instead of garlic sauce and didn’t even put a sauce in the other one…. Good job upholding those high standards, I’m sure Shaq is proud of his company…

They’ll either undercook your food, forget something or if you order extra sauces, they’ll cram them in a box on top of your hot food causing the plastic to melt an sauce to be everywhere. It’s a joke especially delivery. If I wanted stepped on food I’d go to McDonald’s

Food was made fast and fresh and everything was correct on my order. The pizza was delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Honestly 10/10 would 100% recommend my family and friends to come here.
