Let me tell you something…. I got out to eat often, and none of these high dollar restaurants come close to matching the energy, happiness and delight that the staff had here today. Its Chick Fil A, the foods always good… but this was one of my first times ever eating inside of one, and the service I received was impeccable. Young man walked around and refilled our drinks, took care of trash trays, young lady at register was super super friendly. All around, impeccable experience. Keep it up!

Got here thinking it wouldn’t be as packed as the newer locations in Michigan. I was wrong and cars were wrapped around the building. I went inside and still got fast caring service anyway. I’d give the chicken sandwich itself a B+, but the waffle fries and lemonade combined with the attentive service rare in the fast food industry means I will look forward to returning.

sorry……thats the only way to put my exeprice this location is nothing but sorry. There’s one highlight ill mentioned before I begin my review the older gentleman at the counter serving me makes me feel like im at a 5 star restaurant so I appreciate that however there’s no ” i ” in team. The food comes out and it’s just gross, not the typical sandwich. I went with a group of my friends on halloween and we were essentially the only pepole sitting down. Ive have some time to reflect and I simply dont know what went wrong. The to rub it in there was an employee who felt the need to sit there and converse with me and my peers the whole time. Almost interviewing us, friendly is one thing but it was just over the top. She would not leave us be. Im not going to name drop because I dont want to insult someone but im just disappointed with how things went. I will be back, I believe in second chances, stay tuned for my updated experience. I know the chicfila standard is high so I believer they can ascend from a 2, to a 4.

We were there right before close and first time ever have I tasted the old oil taste in my food. I thought maybe it’s not as I began to bite in I had grease on my hands. I was so hungry I took several bites. I end up feeling nauseous and with a bad headache. And the staff asked us to pull aside to wait for our order. Before we realized we had not been given our receipt we pulled into the parking lot to eat. This is usually my one to go to since they have opened. I don’t usually complain and suck it up but 45.00 later it was very disappointing.

My personal preference- Owner wasn’t welcoming but I did have an ok meal and encounter around 11 to 12 noon – employee made sure I got my kids meal with ice cream and was very nice just don’t know her name but showed her my receipt and she helped me out.

I would love to meet the masterminds behind Chick-fil-A. The training they get is better than 95% of businesses today. I mean come on, seriously? Their food may be considered fast food but the service is that of a 5 star restaurant… and even then, they just might be better which makes their food worth the little extra money compared to other fast food chains. I could say this about every single Chick-fil-A too but this was the most recent experience. From inside to the drive thru they got you covered!

Great value, delicious food (love those waffle fries), attentive and friendly staff… Nothing but love for this place. Nice play area too, and cleaner than other play areas. Parking lot is a little crazy but parking is close, and it does fill up inside but they move fast. And they have great crushed ice.
