Been coming here for over 15 years – back when it was a family-run business. Recently, ordered bagels with lox and feel ripped off. There is now a tomato and only 2 slices of lox. The tomato is actually a nice touch, but that’s a lot of money for a tomato sandwich and a layer of lox. Not what I expected and certainly not worth the money.

The second photo is what they gave me in the end, which they called a cold bagel.. I’ve lived in Jersey for 18 years and then moved to the city. Never have seen this happen and I have had excellent, fresh bagels.

Was in town visiting parents, 2 hours away from my home in Long Island. I would literally drive 2 hours just to enjoy these bagels. If you like fresh hot bagels that taste like hot diner rolls, then this is the place to eat. I can not believe how incredible these bagels taste. Well worth any trip. I will be eating there every time I am in the neighborhood. A must have!

Best bagels in the area by far. Makes a lot of “best bagel” lists for a reason. Breakfast sandwiches are top notch. The line can get rather long and sometimes feels unorganized. You just gotta go with the flow when ordering and waiting. It’s worth the wait!

UPDATE 10/2024: Sill amazing. After coming here only for bagels in 20ish years I finally had a sandwich. Bacon, egg, cheese. Ordered online. Absolutely perfect sandwich. The way it was wrapped with a paper inside the foil and the foil not tightly sealed on top kept the roll from steaming up!! I am always so disappointed with a steamed kaiser bun but have come to accept it as normal. The bacon was perfectly cooked as were the eggs.
I saw some recent negative reviews about the wait time and incorrect orders. I highly recommend ordering online. The owner is awesome and loves to chat so you gotta understand that. Perhaps if you are in a hurry you can politely communicate that and maybe it will help.
I love Bagel Hut. Been coming here on and off since they opened. The bagels are incredible. Very crispy bottoms, the way they shold be. Lots of bagel flavor. Not too soft. Not fluffy but not heavy. If you know what good bagels are then you know what I mean. Had the jalapeno for the first time today. Loved it. Love their multigrain. Great folks.

Great selection of breakfasts on a bagel and lunch salads sandwiches and wraps.
Variety of cream cheese and bagel types is humongous and delicious. The bacon cheddar ranch cream cheese is real rich and real good.
The thin sliced pork roll, egg (comes scrambled) and potato (hangover on the menu) is eggy but otherwise perfectly proportioned and delicious.
No iced coffee and their coffee is never hot.

Awesome service and honest to goodness breakfast food. Sandwiches came out very quickly and there was plenty of options to choose from. Personally had a Pork-Roll, Egg, and Cheese on a Jalapeño-Cheddar bagel and it was great!
