Incredibly sweet staff and even more amazing food!!!! They were open until 4 PM and even though we walked in at 3:45 PM they were not in bad spirits, they were beyond kind, whipped us up our order and we went on our way leaving in a fantastic mood. I love MOES but will certainly be coming back to this location frequently as I don’t live in the area but will make it happen- 12/24/25 345pm staff 10/10.

The staff there needs an overhaul. The experiences I’ve had the are bizarre. Unfriendly environment. The staff lacks any enthusiasm or respect for the customer. When I asked for black beans they said they were out as I watched another staff member roll a cart out with several pans of food with a couple containers clearly labeled “black beans”. I provided several clear instructions to one employee and he forgot the first time, I respectfully repeated myself and he still gave me the wrong item, so I just gave up at that point, my friend stood there at the register confused because the cashier while his food was still being prepared apparently just walked away and disappeared. The other staff member just handed him the food and he had to bag up his own meal because the cashier didn’t come back to assist when asked by the other employee. Food wasn’t fresh, dry and cold. All of the food was extremely cross contaminated with food all over. Salsa bar was also low or out of salsa. Also, the ice machine was out of ice at the drink fountain. The regional or district manager needs to fire everyone and start new. ABSOLUTELY not a single employee in that building gives a crap about the business or the customers whatsoever. Truly amazing they are even still open.

Came in for lunch for the Moe Bowl Moe Meat , only thing I get. Today when I ordered I paid $15 for 1/2 a bowl of food. The last time I was here it was at least full . Very disappointed. When I brought up to Manager she said that’s what you ordered, shared the amount is significantly less than any other time I have ordered and I will NOT be returning. The less she could have done was offer more rice.

Horrible service, there were two girls working, one was on her phone the entire time as well as eating cheese from the serving containers with her bare hand. The other girl was the only one working while there was a ridiculous line. Photo attached.
The food was so-so, they were out of most items. It was my first time there, guess I’ll stick with trusty Qdoba or Chipotle.

Been going to this Moe’s for years, but the past few times they’ve been giving smaller portions of meat, and less queso, less chips on the side. Definitely worse than it was last year

Thank You! A huge thank you to Moe’s fr providing lunch for my staff on World Teacher’s Day! The staff truly enjoyed the lunch as was able to help themselves to second’s and even thirds! The young lady who helped me carry al the boxes to my car had the best upbeat personality and smile to match. I do not remember her name but she was super sweet. Thanks again Moe’s!!!

Three of us for a late meal where everyone got to choose from several meats and fresh toppings.
Super great special they are currently promoting for Monday night is Chips and Salsa AND a Burrito (any size for $5.75).
I guess I have to go back on Monday!

Chips are always so stale they are boarder line editable. Today my rice was cooked uneven, some was soggy and some was uncooked. Chicken was very dry. My husband and I both got bowls and they were made by two different people. His was a decent size but he didn’t get a variety of things. My bowl was small but I had gotten more variety, so why is mine significantly smaller?
This locations cleanliness has also significantly gone downhill in the time we’ve been going here.

I go to this Moe’s regularly and it’s usually a pleasant experience. However, at my latest visit I noticed several bugs around our table, including a large cockroach. It seems like they’ve really let cleanliness slide at this location lately.
They also used to do kids eat free on Sunday and informed us they don’t do that anymore as we were checking out. The prices have gone up so much in the past year. I miss being able to bring my family of 4 to Moe’s for less than $30 on a Sunday, now I have to spend upwards of $50. I know a lot of that is a result of inflation but still incredibly disappointing to take away such a significant benefit for families with kids, especially in these times.
