The seating needs improved in the waiting area for how busy this store is. The seating also needs improved for large groups. We had a party of 15 for a birthday celebration and had to sit in four different booths. The service and food was exceptional.

My son ordered take out for me while he was there. He gives me the food once home (no bag, no bread rolls or plastic untensils). One of the sides were mac n cheese. Literally the cheese was just poured on top of the noodles. The noodles straight from the pot and cheese drizzled over them, not even mixed together. How ridiculous !

Very rarely am I discussed by food I order from here. But today Roadhouse absolutely grossed me out. I ordered the chicken critter family meal because let’s be honest feeding a family nowadays when eating out is expensive so this deal is a good deal. But the disappointment I had today in them was epic. I get home with the food, everyone excited to eat, and I untop the salad only to discover a very clearly moldy tomato in the middle of the salad. So now the entire salad is trash. Because I was not gonna serve my family something that was contaminated my moldy food. That is so gross and I can’t believe that whoever put that together saw that tomato and still decided to give it to a customer instead of trashing the whole thing and starting over. Needless to say it’ll likely be awhile before I go back for their family meal. Get it together Roadhouse. I’m just glad I saw it before my family ate it and got food poisoning. Because if that happened then I’m coming after you with charges.

Medium rare is 135° medium well is 150° when you order medium rare and you receive medium well and the waitress proceeds to pull out a chart of what the meat is supposed to look like is infuriating, especially when you were advising her that it’s not cooked correctly . When you are paying nearly $40 a plate plus drinks, you expect the meat to come out correct in a steakhouse. My sides were freezing cold, the cheese did not even melt on the loaded, baked potato on one of the plates. When they eventually re-fired another Steak they did not take the entire plate so we had cold sides while we waited for a replacement piece of meat. We have been here hundreds of times and never has this happened. Almost a $200 meal and I don’t know if we will return. Forgot to mention, we were never offered a refill on any of our drinks, I am not one to complain. You can look at my track record on Google. Usually I give good reviews. This bad review is deserved. And where was the manager while this was happening not one in sight. We are not A family to make a scene, we still tipped the waitress, even though she did not deserve it. She needs coached on customer service. Hundreds of positive experiences here and one bad one will be the one that we remember

Texas Roadhouse is always a solid choice. It’s a good value for a good steak. This time around there was no wait and the steak came out and was cooked to perfection. I got the bone in ribeye and they did an amazing job. The food was top notch. The service was above average but there was a little bit of a wait. Also the place seemed overly crowded, a small complaint but something I wanted to call out.

Haven’t been to a Texas Roadhouse for years. I was here with coworkers – it was the best place to meet all our requests. Food was good, but this time, our server, Marrissa, made a huge difference in our experience.
She was very helpful, friendly, and she rolled with all our ‘Dad jokes’. It was refreshing to have a server with a great personality, who provided fast and efficient service, but also helped upsell meals, desserts, and drinks.
I believe this place makes more money simply because of her attitude and approach to her job. Definitely a keeper.
Would come back just to have her as our server again.
