My experience at this dominoes location was extremely horrible we chose delivery to eat at home. Everything looked good the pizzas the Parmesan and garlic bites and loaded tots were alright. I had a slice of the extravaganza pizza it was ok. And I seen this crispy part of another slice looked like a topping or crispy cheese then when I put it in my mouth I felt something hard king of long and stringy then I pulled it out of my mouth and it was a piece of wood I was stunned at first cause how does a piece of wood end up in pizza!! I contacted the manager for help and assistance and compensation for it but instead was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful saying, our store has no wood there is no wood in our store and I don’t know how it ended up in your pizza he didn’t even help us out give his name or anything! We contacted customer service and corporate have it as evidence and hope something happens because this is unbelievable, never again!!!

I almost never leave bad reviews.
I ordered delivery 2 wks ago. my pasta didn’t have custom toppings I ordered. Called the store, spoke to manager, who said that it showed the toppings. Told me they’d write down my name w a note so next time I ordered, I could get it comped; said to just put my order in online, call right away and they’ll remove the charge

just 2 wks later. Ordered online. custom pasta no longer an option, so I put the order in w a standard pasta in its place, +called immediately to let them know. The manager proceeded to argue with me that there was no note, that IF that had happened it wouldn’t have been handled the way I described, +that there was no pasta on any of my previous orders (see the screenshots for proof that there WAS pasta on those recent orders bc I *literally* always order it which I explained to the manager who said rudely “Are you telling me my computer is wrong?”)

After a LOT of back and forth w her essentially accusing me of lying (even after I told her to check order totals +add up the cost of the items that did show up +she’d see that there was obviously something wrong in their system), she finally agreed to comp me the pasta but kept saying “I can’t make it custom, they discontinued that, it’s literally not an option in our system”
asked if they could make it that way just this time since I never got what I ordered in the first place
+only at this point, she said she couldn’t bc they discontinued the custom pasta (too many undercooked pastas getting ppl sick), they now have portioned baggies +aren’t allowed to touch the ingredients bc of cross contamination. +she could lose her health certification if she did that for me. I was like “ok yeah, I get now why you can’t do that, so I just want to cancel my order”

And this woman proceeded to argue SO hard with me bc:
– “the order is already made and on the way if not already out the door”
– “we DID comp the pasta and your order’s already made”
– “it’s not my fault you waited 2 wks to re-order”
Literally called the moment I put the order in, you wouldn’t pause making it knowing there was an obvious issue w it? they didn’t give me any type of time limit? I don’t eat dominos for every meal? It was 2 wks, not months or yrs, this is not an unreasonable time frame and unless I was given one, why would I rush to order again? Especially since the first time I ordered you messed it up?
I said “look, I didn’t get what I wanted last time, I didn’t get it this time either, just let me cancel”

she hung up on me, I got an email that my order had been canceled. they really tried their HARDEST to REFUSE to cancel/refund the order.

We placed an order at 10:15pm. Maybe 10:30pm and didn’t receive order until 12am. Called store, said they only had one driver. For something that is made quick and easy shouldn’t take that long even with one driver.
I live in a similar large town with one driver and it does not take that long. When pizza arrived it was cold and hard. And I ordered a Alfredo bowl and it was also cold and there was no silverware provided. Hotel room doesn’t have any either ate it with a crust of a pizza since it was hard enough. Paid extra for
3 garlic dipping sauce and never received it. Philly cheese steak looks terrible just thrown together. Would not recommend and will not return.

I only found out my food was delivered 20 minutes ago by calling. No updates no nothing. And im missing my coke. When I called the store to resolve the issue I stated the facts. He said he could refund me my coke. Or send it out for re delivery. I opted to do neither since I necer had this issue. I said make it right since I wasnt updated about my food being delivered and showing on the delivery schedule still with no live update. He was arrogant and told me to play it how I wanted so here we are. 20 min in 25 30 sum degree weather and I paid 25 dollars for my food and my drink. That man should not be answering the phone

This place says it closes at midnight yet I’m sitting in their parking lot and was able to walk in. They tell me they’re closed. How? We placed an order and they CANCELLED it. No call to tell me they couldn’t make it either. I would have been okay with them to tell me this BEFORE I DROVE OUT THERE. I was saving ya’ll a trip even. I came all the way here to find out ya’ll have no order for me to PICK UP AT 11PM. AN HOUR BEFORE YA’ll CLOSE. Fix this please. Ya’ll also had the door UNLOCKED for me to come in and I get a nasty/confused look from a girl and a guy in the back looking “confused” as well. I see it also says you guys checked the store hours a week ago from this review. Clearly it’s not correct because they “closed an hour before 12am” … Terrible service. Absolutely ridiculous.

Takeout! Ordered leaving Petsmart, a little over 6 minutes to get there sat in my car for about 7 minutes, received the notice that it was ready. Walked in picked up my pizza drove home and enjoyed a very good and fresh pizza! Thumbs up, great job!

They literally have signs up with pricing they won’t honor because they are “old signs.” They should be taken down or honor the prices. The woman manager was incredibly rude and should not manage any establishment.

I don’t know about other people’s experiences, but I have had excellent service here and I’ve had both delivery and takeout. My food was ready faster than they had timed it and the delivery was very quick too! Michelle was my delivery driver and though we had no contact delivery, she called me up to clarify where the drop off point was and was very sweet.

I had been ticked off at Domino’s before for not honoring their deals, but this location has instilled my trust. Would definitely recommend!

So disappointed, I waited over an hour before my order was delivered. That would not had been a problem if it came hot and fresh. I had to heat the pizza up for the kids after just coming from the store, wow!
