Ordered two pizzas for delivery, one regular crust and one stuffed crust. Upon arrival I noticed both were regular crust. I called and spoke to a super friendly employee who quickly assured me the correct pizza would be on its way soon. The delivery driver was super friendly and understanding when I said I had no cash on hand to tip(it was not expected but I felt like it was very deserved after taking the time to bring the pizza to me). Food was delicious and the second pizza arrived quickly. This location has quick service and friendly staff! Very happy with my experience and will be back. Shout out to the employees on the schedule tonight for their great customer service! Great service deserves to be highlighted!

horrible experience! I spent $70 on an order and had it delivered the food was cold and the order was delivered late. When i called and express that we had been waiting for our order and wanted to check the status they explained how they were backed up, which is understandable. Which i could say i enjoyed the experience but I didn’t. I will not be back.

Fresh great pizza & I didn’t know they had great deals like the $6 mix and match deal we grabbed 2 med pep with the Chocolate chip brownie! We was so glad that they had power during the ice storm to get us through the night! The only issue I was not able to choose thin crust as an option but other than that great pizza!

Ordered 2 pizza one had a busted garlic sauce in box. 2 sauces were in box. They had the pizza stacked, it leaked on other box. They gave me two options of waiting 15 mins for new pizza or rebox the pizza w soggy crust. I waited so now my other pizza is getting cold.

Worst customer service there is! Acting like they don’t see you for 10 mins when the doors are locked because of the neighborhood I assume for a carry out order and my app says “Ready” ….. Girl even saw me go to the front door while on the phone and I motioned towards the “employee pickup door” she said yes then she went and was REHEATING WINGS for I guess another order while two dudes were being clowns in the back. This franchise owner needs to do better with ignorance of the employees! I should have checked the inspection from the health department. Won’t order from here again…..p.s….. Had two slices which they do not know how to slice at all evenly or close too and the crust was the only thing decent. Tighten up franchise owner(s)

This was one of the worst pizzas I have ever gotten from Papa John’s. There was hardly any sauce, all dough. It was very small to be a large, but the guy behind the counter said it was supposed to look like that.
The pizza is usually good here.
UPDATE….I went back to this location a couple days ago talked to a different manager on duty, showed him the picture of the pizza that was made terrible and he made things right.
The pizza I got from him was great! It was the right size, and wasn’t made sloppy.

Papa John’s Pizza is always setting new lows for how terrible it is.
but this particular store is awful. 50/50 chance they just forget to make your order, so you show up and have to wait for them to do it from scratch. they also are rude and dumb. save yourself time and avoid this store, order from literally anywhere else and you will have a better experience

The worst pizza place, HORRIBLE service. I called to order and they said they received it. Our order was delayed twice, and then I called for the third time and the guy that answered the phone says they canceled our order! No Phone call to let us know, no heads up, nothing! HORRIBLE, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering pizza. I never write reviews but this was awful. The guy that is running the store needs to be re-trained or replaced. I can not believe how incompetent this manger was, he also hung up in my face when I asked about the order! I ORDERED AT 8:30 I did not find about the order being canceled until 10:30!
