Outstanding Food & Exceptional Service from Smoke Shack on Broadway!
We had the pleasure of working with Smoke Shack on Broadway for a catered holiday meal for our company that proudly supports veterans, and I cannot say enough amazing things about this experience. Their catering division is truly top notch from start to finish.
The catering manager Ashely worked closely with me to create a menu that would feed our entire team and she delivered beyond my expectations. She worked with me to accommodate everyone’s nutritional needs and the price was affordable. Our spread included BBQ ribs, brisket mac and cheese, fully loaded mashed potatoes, cream corn, okra, chicken, and pulled pork, every single item was cooked to perfection.
Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but it also arrived piping hot, right on time, and they even provided plates and utensils, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Several of our team members had never tried Smoke Shack before, and they were raving about the food all day long!
We are incredibly grateful to Smoke Shack for helping us create such a memorable holiday meal for our veterans. Their generosity, professionalism, and outstanding food truly made this event special. I would 100% choose Smoke Shack again for all future catering needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality BBQ and exceptional service.
Thank you Ashely and the Smoke Shack, for supporting our veterans and for an unforgettable meal!

Spent over $300 for about 8 people and we only got two rolls. So ask if they forgot?. Cole slaw is good if you like the cheese like bill millers bbq kinda close to it. Potatoes salad was mmm ok . Brisket was tender and juicy. Ribs were dry but good. Sausage was dry, but ok. Chicken and turkey was so juicy I really don’t eat it like ever. Macaroni was excellent must try .. it was gone.. no corn they were out!!! . Tried the poppers but sweet cause they use sweet bacon . But it was ok!!mmm I tried the next day left overs

I had saved this place years ago because it the briskett grilled cheese, from Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. A bit disappointing: dry toast, chopped instead of sliced brisket, and lean sides. It’s definitely a shack, with variable ceiling ht. And the lines are still long. I’d pass – their deli next door, same folks, like sharp, though.

When you pull up and realize that it’s quite literally shack-esque, you should immediately know it’s about to be bomb.
Fantastic, delicious, amazing. There aren’t enough words to describe it. Everything that we got from here was delicious.
Every piece of meat was tender, the grilled cheese had an amazing crisp to it, the mac and cheese was creamy and filling. The sweet tea was great. Everything they offered was amazing.
The beans were basically lava and we took those with us to eat later!

Came in on a Monday afternoon for lunch. Ordered the three meat plate with brisket, ribs, and jalapeno cheddar sausage. It came with two sides (we got the creamed corn and slaw). We also ordered the Frito pie and shack Mac. Loved the Frito pie (protip, add some creamed corn on top, so good), creamed corn, and the jalapeno cheddar sausage. The ribs were also very good. The slaw was very tart with vinegar, a good punch with the meat but otherwise a little too much punch by itself. The brisket was dry and disappointing, skip it. The Mac was generic and bland, would also skip. Overall, a decent take on Texas BBQ but with a bad brisket

(Out of Towner) Brisket was the best in the city! Cole slaw was great and unique, but lacked on the dressing and was a little dry. The potato salad was the best I’ve had ANYwhere. Black eyed peas and collards were good. The grilled cheese brisket sandwich was fabulous! The staff was helpful and professional with helping me through the order process and had some good suggestions for a newbie. Great experience at a local establishment. I would greatly recommend to any locals or those just traveling through!

Awesome bbq! So delicious, sweet sauce, and cream corn here is a must. Big dog gives you a taste of a good variety of what they have here. But everything is great here. Excellent service as well.

Guess when you order the two meat plate, you get small ribs. Got “three” small ribs, with a decent portion of brisket! Rib bones were 2 inches and one has a 1/2 bone. Tasted good but not enough! Should have taken picture of ribs before I ate them.
Saw other people with “normal” size pork ribs! Meh!!

We stopped by Smoke Shack BBQ and ordered the 3-meat platter with brisket, sausage, and pulled pork — and it did not disappoint. The brisket was tender with a perfect smoky bark, the sausage was juicy and packed with flavor, and the pulled pork had that delicious crispy edge from the smoker.
For sides, we went with green beans, black-eyed peas with ham, and their vinegar slaw — each one a solid complement to the meats. The green beans had a home-style comfort to them, the peas were hearty and seasoned just right, and the slaw brought a tangy crunch that helped balance out the richness of the plate.
Topped it all off with a soft roll and a cold Topo Chico. Cozy, casual atmosphere and a great meal overall. Would definitely come back for another round of brisket and sausage!
