Got the bistec a caballo. Food was good. Only thing is the size of the meat was extra small. Like 3 inches by 3 inches. Maybe even less. The 2 eggs on top covered it. I think one egg probably would cover it too. Waitress was really nice and sweet. Will go back and try their other things

Delicious tacos with hand made tortillas! 2 tacos is almost too much to eat in one sitting.

This out of the way little nugget has become my favorite go to for lunch. The menu is excellent and authentic. The service is fast and friendly. The restaurant is tucked away behind a Latino grocery. You would have to go to Mexico to find anything similar.

They don’t provide other forms of payments such as tap to pay. they extremely rude when you don’t have cash worse costumer service from the cashier. The cashier flat out told me don’t order here any more because they didn’t have tap to pay. And blocked my phone number. I will longer support this establishment. And I don’t recommend at all

The food was good but the wait staff could use more work. I was rushed to order and there’s no clear understanding of where to cash out. Additionally I had to ask for tortillas twice.

A wonderful little surprise on JDH. I cannot claim to know what is “authentic” Mexican cuisine, but to my simple pallet, this is it. The restaurant is a no frills experience at the back of the market. The menu is loaded with pics for gringos like me, and you choose your drink from the refrigerator next to the cashier. Besides the usual fare, you will find many items not usually seen at your run-of-the-mill Mexican restaurant. Don’t ask me that they are called; all I can say is they are delicious. Finally, the fresh condiments include the usual sauces, pico de gallo, and freshly chopped cilantro. So if you want something different (and delicious), stop into the back of Brisas Del Mar Latino Market and grab a bite to eat.

Tacos de carner asada were greasy. Beans and rice salty. My partner I ended up sick. Can’t say I’ll visit here again.
