We had so many bad experiences in Applebee’s in the East Coast, we took a risk coming to this one and we are so happy we did. The service was great, staff is so friendly and concerned for your needs. Our waitress even made a good suggestion for our pickup eater son. The OM cheese burger was soooo good. I never finish my meals and I cleaned out this plate. We are definitely coming back here.

Nicole was an amazing server! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Our drinks and food came out quickly, and she checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. Her positive attitude really made the experience enjoyable. Im a disabled veteran that was looking to start a weekly tradition by eating out. Ive always enjoyed Applebee’s everywhere so I went to this one. But, this Applebee’s has gone above and beyond. I came in and decided to sit at bar. The bar/waitress Courtney welcomed me and took my order. She made sure to get me my drink and food was brought quite fast. She made sure to ask if I wanted another beer and when I switched to Pepsi She made sure to get refills in a ninja manner. I didn’t even realize there was another Pepsi once. But her friendliness and service went beyond all expectations. I told her I was looking for a place to come to weekly and she saw my veteran hat and told me about there veterans day free meal menu the next week. I came back and she remembered me, and again great service on a extremely busy day. She asked me my name and introduced me to another server who was a veteran too. I then decided to become a regular. She got to know my name, always has been kind and above and beyond. Now I know most of the managers, many of the servers, the younger ones always treat me with respect, and the class of people that eat there remember me.too. Im still amazed how they all know me. Ive gotten to know other regulars introduced to me by Courtney and others that work there. I have been going quite a few months now and honored to know them as much as they know me as a human being. I have made great friends here over the several months and look forward every visit to see them and have a great evening. All of this by going to a Applebee’s a few times that turned into a tradition. I dont know if all Applebee’s are like this, but this one I am proud to be a regular. The food is great, the beer is cold, and the desserts are amazing. Im personally addicted to the shot glass sundae. Again, thankyou to all the employees especially Courtney, Brian, Allen, and all the amazing bar crew. Im horrible with names but all the manager, servers, and youngins are amazing. I needed a cool place to find, and have made many friends of the regulars, and even the employees have become friends. As a restaurant they excelled with knowledge of their menu, but went further by learning their regulars names and getting to know them on another level. Im not the only one that feels this way that eats there. The success of a business rises and falls on making a impression. The owner of this Applebee’s needs to commend there crew, and any other owners need to use this location as a template of success. Again thank you tons to Courtney for taking the extra effort which turned me into a regular. Thank you to those amazing ones that I have gotten to know on a personal level, and then all the others that make sure to say hi and have a kind word, making a bad day better, a decent day good, and a good day amazing. Thank you for going above and beyond for this beat up vet.

My food was just warm not hot.The potatoes were cold and the shrimp was just warm. The waitress was Kenzie and she was amazing. Checked on us regularly and was very efficient. Great personality.

Adam was a fantastic waiter, this is the third time we have eaten at this location! Adam, kept up on refills that I dubbed him the refill king, he checked on us often, the restaurant was clean, even the bathrooms. My husband had a delicious bourbon street mushroom Swiss burger and fries, without asking he brought in fry sauce too! I had the triple appetizer player with pretzels, wings and wonton tacos, everything so delicious! We shared a dessert! Even the guy cleaning around our table was super friendly and we had a conversation. I highly recommend this restaurant snd hopefully you get Adam!

Katie R was our waitress and was amazing! We went during lunch and while serving us we were able to figure out a lot of similarities that we shared. She got our order in quick and even got our baby’s food out fast so she could start eating while our food was getting prepared.

We stopped coming to Applebee’s ap5few years ago because the quality had gone downhill significantly. In the last 6 months I’ve been back twice because I was craving a couple things off the menu and I am happy to say that the quality is back and better than ever. Not only that, the service is great. And tonight we had Michelle S. as our server. She had a bright and bubbly personality and was extremely attentive to our needs. Great food, great service. 10/10 we will definitely be coming back.
