I Love this Place!

I went two nights in a row. Both times, the staff and service were excellent. The first night, the kitchen was backed up and my food took a while to come out because they were very busy. The second night, the food came out quickly.

I ordered the New York Strip both nights. It was cooked perfectly each time, with great flavor and tender texture. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had while traveling. The Old Fashioned was made exactly right.

Great selection of food choices. I was here for work and there was no nearby hotels but this casino. I ate here every night during my stay. My last night I ordered my food Togo and the waitress at the bar told me my food will be ready in 15-20 minutes. I came back 30 minutes and she was talking to other customers at the bar which was fine. She didn’t come up to me until 15 minutes later to say oh you came back for your food? I said yes I paid for it already so she said I’ll go check. In the meantime another nice waitress came by to ask me if I’ve been helped and I told her my whole encounter with the first rude waitress/bartender. Abby was very friendly and caring to pack my Togo food and provide me silverwares when the other waitress that I tipped $10 for my Togo food just brought it out and said here’s your food and walked off. I shall not mention her name when I can. I’m a healthcare provider and have my own business. I know what customer service should be like and I never write bad reviews due to it being not worth my time but this horrible encounter it’s a must. You never know what people are going through so always be at your kindest but that waitress/bartender was obviously being hateful towards me or just immature. Thank you Abby Charlottes for making the worst day ever for me somewhat brighter. I hope Abby gets recognized for this review as she made my experience much better and she deserves the recognition.

Had supper here tonight. Here on business. Sat at the bar and Kate was my waitress. She was AMAZING! I had their porter house special rare wirh their garlic mashed potatoes. It also came with a salad but due to allergies, I can’t have it. I had a chocolate martini for dessert. The food was amazing. The steak was cooked to order and able to almost cut it with a butter knife. The chocolate martini was wonderful. Will definitely be back!

Staff friendly and smiling, our server was great. However, it took the kitchen 1.25 hours to get our food to us. We saw other diners who came in after us get their food, eat, and leave before we got ours.

The only downside to my visit was the service. And I hate to say that because watching all the other servers, they were on top of everything! My server however was not and was moving very slow. An hour wait between appetizer and entrée. The food is absolutely amazing! Very pleased!

They lost my ticket. The place is too small. It’s as if you are crammed into a small sitting room. I suffer from PTSD, so I am not very social. I felt as though I was the object of everyone’s attention. So when they lost my ticket, I sat for about an hour through all of this. People came and went. When I inquired about my meal, I told the waitress that I wanted my food to go. She then informed me that my ticket was lost and that is why she has been in the back, the whole time. She did not once approached me and let me know that the ticket was missing. The price of the steak alfredo was $22. The steak was pretty good and there was a whole bunch of Alfredo noodles. So, I guess the price was not that bad. The flavor and texture were really good. I cannot say the same about the service or atmosphere. I even caught one of the waitresses singling me out.

I ordered chicken fried rice. The rice was not cooked and it was soaked in soy sauce. The chicken was burnt and the rice was still hard but wet. This is not fried rice. It was more like risotto in soy sauce. I ate it because I already paid and it was very pricey. I will not go there to eat again.

This was the worst service I’ve ever received. The servers and staff stand around talking without checking on tables. After waiting an hour after ordering, I had to approach a group of servers to ask which one was assigned to our table and if they could check on our food. For a table of 3, our wait time throughout this experience(not counting eating) was over 2 hours during a slow time of business.
