We are a small family owned business. We are known of our delicious lobster rolls and fresh Seafood (Whole Clams, Haddock and Scallops) – We also have great Burgers, Hot Dogs, fries and onion rings as well as daily specials. For meatless choices try the beyond burger, veggie burger or plant based chicken nuggets. Need something cold try a delightful sundae, Frappe or ice cream- 25+flavors- (scooped and soft serve) plus non dairy options. Sweet treats include fried dough, fried Oreos, Strawberry Shortcake, and daily baked goods. Order at front window then choose to take away, eat out at one of our picnic tables or eat inside.

We made a u turn for this place! Recommended by a friend, the food did not disappoint. Typical drive in fried menu. Prices are fair and the food is outstanding, prepared fresh on spot. Everything had great flavor. We tried the scallop roll, smash burger, cheese fries and lobster Mac total was $52 (totally worth it!!) even brought some home for my mom to try she loved it too. We did a U turn at the sight of this place – having come from the U.K. this is the kind of legit American experience we were looking for. We’ve been to a lot of places that try to replicate this atmosphere and fail because they’re too plastic. Fast Eddie’s feels real and traditional.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the food is absolutely reasonably priced. There’s a great selection of sodas and the food was quick, piping hot and tasty. If I were local I’d come again and again to try different things on the menu.

The clam strips were gross. They’re heavily breaded and barely have any clam meat in them. They’re the same garbage that you get frozen at the grocery store. Fries were good. BLT was ok. Was hoping more from this local spot.

This is an AMAZING place! Talk about an all American, plus fantastic Vermont, experience. We had a maple softies and will go back for the seafood, which appears to be plentiful and fresh! It is on the side of the road where you order from the window and eat outside under a tent. . .at least in the summertime. I do not know about winter.
The service was very helpful! The grounds and the parking lot are very clean. The customers (families, bikers, passersby, etc) were all friendly and courteous. . .it was just FUN!!!!! Cannot wait to take guests and ourselves back there!!!

Finally starting going here this summer after seeing it (usually closed) for years when we’re in town. And what a great find! We pretty much always get the same thing – whole belly fried clams and a fish sandwich (plus fries etc..) — we can’t believe we found belly clams in Vt., but they’re as good as the Cape or coastal Ct., truly, and better priced. They get them delivered daily from Ipswich, so there ya’ go. The window folks are always very pleasant, food comes fast, often they’ll come to the picnic table if you’re dining out there to ask how everything is. We understand they’re staying open through the winter – sure hope so! Ignore a recent review slamming clam strips – for one thing if you’re ordering strips, not bellies, your judgment isn’t really worth much anyway lol. Not had them but I’m sure they’re fine, as strips go. This place is our ‘reward’ after our Planet F. workout regularly. Yay!

Wow. This place is the real deal! Eddie gets FRESH fish every single day out of Boston. The fish and chips are phenomenal! Went back another day for cheeseburgers and fries. They were, by far, the absolute best in the area. My children ate every last bite (a rarity!). The baked goods are top notch quality and the ice cream is some of New England’s finest! My family can’t wait to try more from their extensive menu. Eddie himself greeted me with a smile that proved that he really does love seeing people and bringing them joy. I’ve been helped by a few other workers there too. They are all good people who are kind and helpful. Great service…fabulous food…awesome prices…yes, please! See ya soon, Eddie!

The woman at the counter was friendly and helpful. We chose to eat outside and, after she took our orders, she came outside and washed the picnic tables to make sure they were clean.
The food was just okay. I had the haddock sandwich. It was cooked enough, but not at all crispy so the oil temperature must have been a little too low. It was just fish on a bun with tartar sauce on the side. I asked to have lettuce added but it came plain. It was busy at the counter, so I didn’t go back and ask for the lettuce.
We tried Fast Eddie’s because of the good reviews, so maybe it was an off day. It happens.

I had the special of bbq beef brisket. It was some of the best I’ve ever had! My husband had the steak and cheese sandwich. He said it was delicious. His came with fries, and mine came with chips. The price was very reasonable and the staff was nice. We have come in the past and have never been disappointed with our meals. Definitely a good value for the money.
