Ordered a Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée cold brew (switched half and half for 2%) via the app, and received a medium unflavored cold brew with milk. Coffee tastes decent, but not at all what I ordered. It was pretty busy and unfortunately, I didn’t have time for it to be fixed. Staff was super friendly, though.

This is my first Dutch Bros that I’ve ever been to and I absolutely LOVE it! They are always so nice and helpful and their drinks taste waaaay better than STARBIES and are a better deal too. I used to be a strict STARBIES drinker but I that has definitely changed to Dutch Bros. Every time I come to Georgetown I have to stop by and get my iced holiday cookie latte and my mom always gets their iced chai latte. Whenever I want to try something new, I just get on tiktok and look up drink orders to try at Dutch Bros. I 100% recommend trying Dutch Bros if you haven’t already 🙂

I am not a coffee snob. I drink K cups at home. House brew from speedway is fine. At star bucks, just regular pike place black. I went here first time at a Dutch bro’s. First, what is going on with that top? Second, it was double cupped and still dribbled on my shirt. All that is fine. I ordered Americano to just get an extra boost. It tasted like Folgers crystals with too much water. Maybe just a bad batch and new employees. I don’t think Starbucks is worried. Nor speedway.

I had never been to Dutch Bros until this one! The service is absolutely incredible and the product is even better!! The vibes are super chill. All employees are so laid back and chill!! I 10/10 recommend them! My favorite drinks are the OG gummie rebel! And the golden eagle coffee!!

I have been to dutch Bros a few times now and I always order a freeze drink. Just the name you think it would be blended like a smoothie thick and a few ice chunks. That is a big NO! it is runny like chocolate milk. I figured maybe the first time was a mistake but nope same every time. Very disappointed

I love Dutch Bros Coffee. The service is consistently friendly, and the drinks are great. That said, the drive-thru line setup is awful. Two lanes merge into one, but you don’t order until you reach the window or an employee comes out, which creates confusion. Today I was cut off by three cars while stuck in the inside lane, with no one willing to let me merge. This has happened before, and it’s extremely frustrating. The product and people are great, but the line management seriously needs improvement.

Worst service ever! I will be going right back to Scooters where my drinks are done perfect everytime! I paid almost $9 for a large drink I ask for no ice and what I received was equivalent to a small???? REALLY?? To add to it one of my drinks looked horrible! What happened to presentation? I’m so disappointed and disgusted! There are way better options here in Georgetown! I won’t be going back ever! I’ve been here 3 times! 2 out of 3 was an epic fail.

I would rather pay $15 a coffee if you turn the freaking music down. Blasting dubstep so loud it’s rattling my car. Also, did they really pave that dip in front and call it good? Good thing I drive a big truck but surely that causes problems with smaller vehicles. Lastly, I HATE that they come out and take your order. I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU SELL I CANT SEE THE MENU YET. Fantastic coffee though, the best in Georgetown by far

This morning I went through the DT after a very long and hard night. I expected it to be super busy and take ages since yesterday was the grand opening. That wasn’t the case! I spent less than 10 minutes there and I felt so good after leaving. The sweet girl who took my order told me about the stickers(news to me!) and when I got excited she offered me more! I wish I got her name but I told her I loved her and I’d be back haha. The girl at window was just as sweet and kept telling me to have a wonderful day. I worked at ✨ for a year and a half and this is how I strived to treat my customers every day. God bless Dutch Bros!
