I love this cafe it’s honestly the most homey place to enjoy a cup and a pastry. Their chipotle panini is to die for and the chai there is phenomenal(just two of my favorites). I’ve only ever had one incident where my two drinks were made completely different but was a misunderstanding and I had them remade 10/10 . The service ugh makes me wish I worked here.

I moved away from the area and came back today because I had a gift card. Since that gift card was given to me, and moving from the area, Arabica changed their system and it no longer accepted the old gift cards. They said sorry they couldn’t accept it and that was it. I had no idea how much was on the card any longer, and understand it might’ve been a change from a few years ago, but it felt like bad customer service to simply say there was nothing they could do. I enjoyed my cranberry orange muffin but the milk on my latte felt oversteamed. I prefer other coffee shops in the area and will patronize them instead in the future.

Told me I couldn’t buy a bagel even though they have it on display with a bunch of other stuff right where you order your coffee. How about you take all of that Display and shove it down the toilet if you are going to refuse service to your customers

Peaceful and cozy vibes with awesome drinks and food. The staff is always friendly and helpful with their top notch recommendations, and the food/drinks are always fresh and tasty! They also have great options for people with dietary restrictions, ex: dairy free, gluten free, and vegan.
Update: Their spring seasonals currently feature the viral Dubai Chocolate.

Despite Arabica’s relocation two storefronts down and losing windows, Arabica is still my favorite coffeeshop in downtown Willoughby. The cozy vibes cannot be beat. The atmosphere and staff are exceptionally welcoming. Plus, the coffee is delicious– no cream or milk needed. This has become my usual spot to be productive when I need an escape from home. This is where I invite friends & family to meet and catch-up. The only flaw with Arabica lately is the background noise. In order to be productive, I try my best to block out all unwanted sound waves with noise cancelling headphones and a white noise soundtrack, but even these are oftentimes not strong enough. This seems to be a fun place to work based on the staff’s interactions, but the over-the-top laughing and conversing from across the room is a bit much at times. I have had to relocate the last few visits to the library because the conversation among the staff was too boisterous. This will continue to be my spot for meeting with friends, but, for visits meant for productivity, coffee will need to be taken to-go.

My friend and I go here once a week and every time we go the service is wonderful. The food is great. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere. They even have a little back room that’s free to use for a more quieter work environment.

WOOF! Gone are the days of the charming DTW coffee house. This place sucks lol
The coffee is disgusting. The setting is weird and disjointed. The atmosphere is unpleasant.
If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Edit: Keep the money and invest in some sort of coffee school! JEEZ!!

This is a cute little coffee shop and if you’re on main street in Willoughby you should stop by and grab a coffee, hot chocolate, or pastry, the food and drinks were affordable and good! The grilled cheese was delicious, I also ordered the baked potato. The baked potato definitely tasted a little like it was microwaved instead of baked but it was still decent. All the drinks we ordered were excellent and recommend this to anyone!
The vibe for Christmas was also so cute and cozy they did a great job decorating! They also have board games if you want to chill and play with friends!

I love cafes that have personality, the place was so nice, the chai latte is yummy, and the people working there were so nice! Went there with friends so I had a better time.

We stopped at this coffee shop out of town on our way to a little weekend adventure. I didn’t see what I wanted anywhere on the menu while I waited in line, so I asked if they had a lavender-honey latte.
I waited for it to be done and a guy came up to me and asked if I had ordered a “honey bee” I said I didn’t. He proceeded to walk about 3 feet from me and yell out to the shop that a honey lavender latte was ready…umm, what?
I walked over to him, obviously, and told him that was mine and he laughed at me and kind of rolled his eyes as he handed it over. I found it pretty rude to ask me if I had ordered some “honey bee” and then go over and yell out what I’d ordered.
He was behind the counter when I ordered the honey lavender latte, didn’t bother verifying that name with me while standing there in front of me before walking away and yelling it out. It seemed like he was making a joke of me.
The latte was one of the better lavender-honey lattes I’ve had and their food looked delicious.
