We’ve been here two times and it’s been delicious each time. Our pizzas are perfectly made, tasty toppings and deliciously cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is a chill vibe, exactly set up for parents with a little green turf area with a movie screen and space heaters for those chilly fall evenings.
We were able to enjoy our pizza and cocktail while our kids played on the turf and watched a movie. We finished the night off with ice cream. It’s family friendly and relaxing. Definitely a MUST repeat. Will be back

This is a very great place to grab pizza with family and friends and just sit back and watch some football. Their patio is very nice and the place is clean. Their pizza is also great and the staff are friendly. I had a great experience visiting. They also have a little shop where you can order some coffee or get ice cream. The parking gets full easily but they have additional parking walking distance.

The pizza was pretty good, but the sauce was very tart and acidic, to the point that I couldn’t really identify a sourdough flavor in the crust. I also prefer regular pepperoni for this style of pizza instead of cup-and-char, but it is definitely decent pizza for this area. It was raining when we went, but the outdoor theater area and coffee shop outside looked like it would be great for date night or with kids.

Good pizza overall, but service was poor – they ran out of slices, and I was told I needed to order an entire pizza, instead of being told that additional slices were being made and would be available in a few minutes.
Also, be aware that their system automatically applies a 15% tip on all walk-in orders unless you change the tip amount manually.
Some constructive criticism for the restaurant: don’t make customers buy an ENTIRE PIZZA when you run out of slices. Just make another large Pizza and sell them the slices they want.

Love this place! Best pizza in the Atlanta Metro Area, coming from a Chicagoan raised on the best pizza ever. The staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful. Serenaded my daughter the “Happy Birthday Song”. And their churro cake is spectacular, so moist and delicious!
I also love the open mall with the fake grass. Such a community feel and collective vibe. Smyrna is blessed to be graced with Ruby’s!

Ruby’s Sourdough Pizza was definitely an experience on last Friday night. My husband and I were excited to see a new local pizza spot in the area. We arrived around 5:20 P.M. to a line out of the door. The parking lot is pretty small, but they do offer additional parking not too far from the restaurant. There is an open area for kids to play and additional seating in the outdoor spaces. You can also opt to dine inside. The menu is straightforward. We eventually placed our order at 5:41 P.M. We opted to try the Mushroom White and the Meaty Boi, along with a side of pizza sauce. We sat inside and waited for our pizzas to be ready. While we waited, I went to look around the outdoor area. They have a coffee and ice cream shop right next door; however, no one was there to take any orders. It looks like they serve soft-serve ice cream and coffee. There is also a pickup window on the exterior of the building, which is convenient for people to pickup without having to go inside. We finally received our pizzas about an hour later, only to find out one of our pizzas was incorrect. Thankfully, the manager was very apologetic and willing to make it right. He prepared our pizza quickly and even gifted us a gift card due to the inconvenience. We thought he went above and beyond to make it right, and we were grateful for his efforts! They have some kinks to work out, but we are willing to try them again. We did enjoy the pizzas, and the side of pizza sauce had a unique taste–slightly sweeter than most pizza sauces, but we liked it. Hopefully next time, we’ll be able to try the soft-serve ice cream! We are rooting for this local spot and look forward to visiting again in the future!

BEST PIZZA PIE IN SMYRNA!!!.
I so happened to past this restaurant while I was headed to pick up my car from the service shop around the corner. I made a promise to stop by when I picked up my car. Upon entry, customer service was great. The cashier and gentleman tossing the dough greeted me immediately. I let the gentleman it was my first time and he quickly explained the menu and options to order whole pizzas or slices. The menu doesnt have many choices YET tasteful. To me the best restaurants are the ones who offer a quality limited menu. Rubys is just that. Their signature is sourdough bread. It was so fluffy and a great balance to the toppings. Next time I may order a couple of slices to try a variety of flavors they offer. I will be back. My husband and I compete with each other on finding great restaurant in our area..well this one beats our last spot. This pizza is delicious, sauced just right and fresh toppings. Next time, I will have to leave space for their soft serve ice cream.

The menu only has one type of salad with two kinds of house made dressing. I got my salad with Ruby’s ranch which was creamy and yummy. Protein wasn’t an option to add.
