Totally disappointed first time going and won’t go back. I was shocked to be the only person to come in and be ignored until I greeted the cashier to order… then the bubble tea is so sweet its unbearable. I got something simple chicken tenders fries. The chicken tastes off…and super bland and the fries are not good its like someone maybe accidently put sugar on them?? It just was not good at all. So unfortunately I am now back at the hospital and wasted almost $30 on food I’m not going to eat. 🙁

From the moment you step inside you will be amazed first by the clean, fresh, colorful and fun design/decor. Then the amount of space for dining in, lastly the food and service.
Customer service is top-notch. They are patient with you as you learn how to order off their menu. They are very helpful and friendly. The food is on the pricier side but you get a huge portion of some of the most yummiest Ramen bowls/rice bowls. Poke World is a must try!

Certain times are really good, but other times the food is bad. I can only attribute this to conserving food even when it should be thrown out, or sacrificing quality for a dollar bill maybe? The concept is great, every time I have been the service is excellent with workers who seem to love their job and care about the customer’s satisfaction. That is why even though I’ve received subpar food, I have given several additional chances to retain my loyalty. I am still on the fence as far as giving this place my recommendation. The food is good-most of the time. I have gotten SICK from their food once. One other time it was questionable.
I do love that their menu is super customizable and options seemingly limitless. You have everything from warm tea, to milk teas, to boba tea, to poke bowls and ramen. They have cool appetizer choices as well. Personally I enjoy the boba tea and the poke bowl but my son likes the octopus balls and the ramen. They do have options for everyone. My thought with this review is, why not? If you don’t have a medical reason or a sensitive stomach I say give it a try. If you do, I advise with caution, I have gotten sick once from their food.

I ordered 2 spicy chicken bowls on Uber eats and only received one plus a tip was added. What was the tip for if I didn’t eat there?
Update: My husband and I didn’t eat the bowl. No spice to be found and the broth was bland. We just didn’t like it.

I originally gave this location 5 stars. While it’s still my preferred location, Poke World as a whole isn’t what it used to be. The menu has expanded, but quality is inconsistent. Wings are overcooked and powder based bubble teas are grainy. There’s so many new restaurants that serve the same cuisine. It’s no longer my go to for any of their menu items.

This was a very delightful with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food tasted super fresh and the food selections were fantastic.
A word of warning – fill out the little order paper before you get to the register. We didn’t, so once we got to the register we were instructed to go fill out the little forms and then we had to get back in the line again. Seems the cashier could have just let us fill out the form at the register since we had already been waiting in line for a fee minutes.
However all in all the place was great, the staff was friendly and the food was very good.

Great experience, great ramen!!
Finally got to stop in for dinner, My family and I have been waiting for them to open the public and after getting the opportunity to dine-in we were pleased with our decision.
Ramen lovers this is the place to be!!
My wife and daughter choose the chicken ramen and I went with the Tonkatsu Black.
Chicken ramen has: chicken broth, chicken chashu, spinach, green onions, soft boiled egg, green sprout, and fried onions.
Tonkatsu Black has: pork bone broth, black garlic oil, nori dried seaweed, too with chashu pork belly, soft boiled egg, scallions, sweet corn, bamboo shoots, garlic paste, fried onion, and Fish cake. (Yeah that’s a lot is stuff right there.)
As for the ramen, both chicken and tonkatsu black were delicious and throw in three or more spoons of chili oil and get ready to leave full and satisfied!!
They only offer the boba style drinks( milk tea), or water. Which is fine, I’m just not familiar but that style of drinks enough to know what to order. ♂️
So yeah, I will do my best to educate on that and maybe next time I’ll try the Boba teas and report back.
The biggest plus on their wonderful meals is their location and that the fact that those of us who reside in DeSoto County do not have to go up into Memphis to get wonderful Ramen they also offer poke bowls which I shall soon try and I will review them next time.
