The staff at Jersey Mike’s was very nice and professional. They were friendly, worked quickly, and made the sandwich exactly how I ordered it. I have zero complaints about the service.
My issue was with the bread itself. I didn’t even add oil and vinegar to the sandwich — I had them put it on the side — and just having tomatoes on it was enough to make the bread turn mushy. By the time I started eating it, the sandwich was already falling apart and messy.
I don’t think this is the employees’ fault at all. It just seems like the type of bread doesn’t hold up well to any moisture. Even something simple like tomatoes shouldn’t make the sandwich soggy that fast.

Food is always amazing. Getting a sandwich made in a timely manner on the other hand, not here. I order on-line and its always and I mean always 20 min or longer after my pick up time. This is getting out of hand. My hope is the owner sees this and can rectify this. Had to get a refund cause at 25 min after my food should have been complete and ready to eat had not been made. Now my family and I have to go find a new place to eat. Thanks for all you did Jersey Mike’s but until you fix this issue we won’t be back.

OMG. Our sandwiches were amazing. We were in there Sunday night about 6ish. Bought a Giant club sub, his half was boring but he loved it mines juicy and messy and one of the best I had. It was totally the bomb diggity. Thanks so much.

This location is just lovely, the employees are so friendly and kind and attentive, the place is always cleaned and stocked, even when i order from uber eats it’s always amazing, nothing is ever wrong i always have everything i need in the bag it’s always nicely wrapped, im very happy with every experience i have had here and wanted to share. Truly great! i always know my order will be accurate and presented to my standards it’s great!

First time trying jersey mikes/ their subs are either 7″ or 14″/ i chose one my favorites/ philly cheesteak/ with peppers, onions, lettice, tomato, and flaming doritos, and a fountain drink//// it was good/ but not as good as i had heard/I will i try them again, yes/ the 7 inch was not exactly big enough/ and the 14″ seemed like to much!
