I had been looking forward to trying New South Hot dog for a while now and they did not disappoint. The hot dogs are very unique and I urge you to step out of your comfort zone and try one of the sushi inspired hot dogs. My husband had the Chicago dog which was great and I had the surf and turf with eel sauce added and it was insane (in a Good way). You get the nice snap of the hot dog combined wit the deliciousness of a California roll. I might ask for a side of ginger with it next time. We also ordered the tiger king roll, and even my sushi purist husband (no fried and only raw) enjoyed it.

I didn’t think I could love a hotdog so much.
Every one of these hotdogs I’ve had are delicious. I’m always torn between the Surd N’ Turf, Crunchy Dog, or Mojito Dog. Definitely one of my favorite food trucks.

These guys aren’t lying when they say their hotdog is #1 in Huntsville, Alabama! The hotdogs they’re whipping up are nothing more than a bite of pure beef flavor and deliciousness. Trust me they know what they are doing!!

They were at the Food Truck Rally in Huntsville. Thought that I’d give them a try. I got the Chicago Dog and was very surprised. I didn’t think that I’d find a Chicago Dog outside of Chicago that would be good. This one was awesome. Will definitely be back.
