My wife was forced to order online, apparently she clicked on the wrong pizza. It was our first time getting their pizza. When I asked if they could work with me on getting the correct pizza, they told me “NO, because it was ordered online.”. I will never step foot in a Mountain Mikes Pizza again.

The salad bar is disgusting and all the arcade games don’t seem to work. This is not a family environment you would want to take your family to. No refunds are given for all arcade games, it’s pretty much play at your own risk. My wife got sick from their salad bar and when I informed the owner of the condition of it, he didn’t seem to care. Multiple more customers came in and they still continued to sell their salad bar. Something so simple as to continue to switch out their salad throughout the day seems difficult for them makes me wonder what else they don’t keep fresh.

I placed an online order for pickup. They realized they failed to use thin crust and remade the order. I get it home the pizza is extremely dry, pineapple instead of mango. Very disappointing.

I love mountain mikes. The bread is toasted and the pepperoni’s flavor is the best. We got the classic wings, and they were undercooked and we had to bake them for a extra minute or two.
