I placed an online order tonight and it said almost an hour wait. I was shocked but figured they were busy. I went in just before my pick up time and while my pizza wasn’t ready yet I watched and observed.. 16 people on the clock… And for the first time ever all were working and being productive… They had a mass infux of orders and couldn’t keep up. I used to work in a restaurant I understand… These days it’s rare to see so many employees on the clock let alone all working. When my food came out it was only 9 minutes after the latest time that it would via app… But it was hot and fresh even with me driving home… I just wanted to let y’all know you killed that rush!!! Y’all are great!!

Once again, Dominos Brownwood knocked it out of the park!!! New Years Eve and they were inundated with orders. It took a little longer than normal for our order but, definitely worth the wait. So fresh and delicious and made to perfection!! Thanks again for the amazing pizza!! Best pizza in Brownwood!!

Today was not a good pizza day. I went in to pick up a free pizza because of the last mess up at this store. When I look at my pizza, it looks dry and barely has any cheese. My philly cheese steak tots does not have the green peppers on it, I’m not happy with it but decided to write the review versus tell them because I’ve said something before. I honestly feel as though a note should be left on the profile of returning customers, stating if they have ever had any other issues in their previous orders so that the customer feels heard and the problems are not repeated. One good thing is that the chicken alfredo was enjoyable.

this is the second time we’ve received wings that look this terrible. the first time the manager was very considerate & mailed us a coupon for a free 8pc. this time whoever i spoke with, a female, had an foul attitude towards helping the situation. we are not looking for a hand out but the fact that she did not care to do her job and help even after the fact of me telling her our first experience is absolutely pathetic. she proceeded to tell me next time order extra sauce. distasteful.

THE WORST PLACE TO ORDER!!!!I called in a order at 6:15 for a pizza a salad and some cheese bead was told to give them about 30 minutes said ok cool went to go pick it up a little later got there at 6:50 and still waited until 8:00 to get my food and then the whole order was wrong

The food is always good at this location. We get good fast service and the employees are happy and helpful. Over the last several years we have only had about 2 orders that were wrong but they were corrected without delay. Thanks again for a good experience.

Ordered a pepperoni, lovers, large hand, tossed pizza with mushrooms and Italiansausage for pick up and it was absolutely awful. The person answering the phone was not courteous and had a bad attitude, and I suspected that he purposely made us a bad pizza just because of his attitude. In the past, we have got excellent pizzas, but this time was absolutely a disappointment and then almost threw it away. We picked it up to meet with a client and I was embarrassed when I opened it up and apologized and it was just absolutely a total waste of $20 this employee should be fired definitely not a benefit to this fine establishment that we have trusted for many years.
