For starter’s its a Dunkin’ So for people giving reviews expecting Michelin service food, I don’t know what to tell you. However, I have lived all over the eastern seaboard, have been to some pretty terrible DDs and have been to some Nice ones and everything in between. And as far as fast food places go in Hebron/Burlington/Florence, this one is one of the cleaner nicer ones around. Coffee is great, Donuts were as they should be.
An employee went above and beyond for a coffee order for me. It’s a solid Dunkin’, service was fast and friendly.

had a quick, efficient, friendly experience through the drive thru this morning! the woman at the window with the ponytail and visor was so polite and had no issue adding to our order. although clearly in a rush she got everything out efficiently and with no issue at all. had the best dunkalatte i’ve had in a long time!

This store gives you almost small size latte when you ask large size with less ice and their claim is this is pre measured drink thats why they couldn’t top it. Does that mean has Dunkin been cheating us with large size glasses by filling them up with ice?? What a JOKE?!

DRIVE THRU: Order Accuracy still an issue but they are getting better with their service speed. Always friendly. Main issue is the order takers don’t accurately hear the order so always check screen. Still doesn’t mean the order will be delivered correctly so always check what you are handed before driving away. Overall, very glad this location is here. Just wish I didn’t have to worry that my order is wrong.

We were greeted as we came in and told they would be right with us. Service was fast. We ordered two large caramel macchiatos and my spouse had a donut. Drinks were perfect and my husband said his donut was great as usual. It was freezing in the restaurant and the ladies’ room had no hook for a purse or diaper bag, otherwise no complaints; the restaurant is new and nice.

well the food is good if they actually get it right… which never happens. have had multiple orders (actually i think like every single one) missing things and/or having wrong items. i order on the app so i know it’s not an issue with the talk box. also everyone there kinda acts like they hate their jobs which doesn’t really give the best vibe when you tell someone thank you and have a good day and they stare at you like you’re stupid. they also just look so annoyed that you’re there and ordering things. the seating is nice inside and it’s clean but the service is pretty horrible.

Taylor here is very friendly, I called to see if they had anymore wicked munchkin tins and she very politely checked for me and there was one left that she held for me! I’m very grateful for her and her wonderful service! I called 3 Dunkin’s and this was the only one with one left! Thank you!!

I went in there today got a large caramel craze latte with extra caramel, both the caramel syrup and caramel drizzle. They only rang me up for the caramel syrup, so my drink was wrong and then they stacked my donuts altogether and so by the time I got to work it was completely ruined. I continuously get ignored and never greeted while others get graded and they also receive help. I have to wait around maybe 10 minutes to receive help. I’m never going back Rudest stuff I’ve ever met.

Every time I go in here I get ignored. I was told to come back and try it again by one of the workers, every time I’ve been in there my drink has been made wrong. I’ve never been Greeted. And I’ve always been ignored. It takes me about five or 10 minutes to be greeted at this point. I hate coming in there. I’ve told all my friends and family never come to Dunkin’ either because the service is awful and your orders are never right.
