Ya’ll this place is next level DISGUSTING.
Floor is always sticky and has very obvious dried spills & shoes prints. Soda machine is always dirty and appears to have never been wiped down. You have to actually touch the lip of your cup to the machine to get any ice which can obviously result in contamination. Based on the amount of “residentially-challenged” people that hang around this place, I wouldn’t doubt if there were questionable things on that machine.
They obviously don’t care about their appearance or keeping the place nice considering they tried to “fix” the lid holder with a coffee stirring straw? Classy.
Speaking of possible contamination, they store their buns in the lobby. Which customers of the restaurant AND the gas station store have open access to, exposing them to who knows what.
Would definitely NOT recommend unless you’d like to risk your health for some cheap nuggets and soggy fries.

There was two customers arguing in the parking lot so we had a short wait while the manager was outside feeling with that, but otherwise it was a good visit. Understandably the manager was kind of short with her words and attitude, but after dealing with the issue outside I don’t blame her. Food was good and it’s always fast there. Free refills on drinks too

This is the filthiest most run-down Burger King we’ve ever been to!
That said, the food tasted fine and the person that waited on us was polite and efficient.
If management took some pride in this restaurant, it would create a better environment for employees and customers.

We were practically starving after doing so much driving.. I love this place cuz not only is it a Burger King but there’s also a store and Gas station.. Which was everything we needed in one spot. I love Burger King so naturally I thought my burger was great!! The service was good too.. guy at the cash register in the store part was super nice.. They even sell lottery tickets and lucky us won $10.. lucky day all the way around!!

Shasta lake burger king is absolutely awful I constantly have problems.
Today I went in and got my husband lunch and ordered a bacon king, got all the way home to find not one piece of bacon in his burger. So I went back they re made it and I opened it in front of them and no bacon at all!!!!! So they make a thrid sandwich and 2 pieces of bacon they put it. It’s a bacon KING for crying out loud.
Customer service is terrible, very rude employee! There hygiene is very questionable as well. I am a very nice person and I was nice the first couple times I had problems but something series needs to change at Shasta lake CA burger king. Not a good look on the other burger kings that’s for sure.
I understand messing up sometimes we are all human but they arent even trying.

Eat here often and I got to say they do watch the salt they place on the fries and that makes me happy. I can always add extra salt if I wanted it but I think that is a great thing for those on a low salt diet. Friendly people and ready to take your order. Never had to wait more than a couple minutes for the order to be done.

Poor customer service at 845pm Had to sit at the order speaker for 10 mins before she was finally able to take my order. One car ahead of me and only one person inside ordering with 4 employees working and one on break smoking right next to the front door.

Terrible! Food was cold, the place was very dirty! And then they messed up my order! And if that wasn’t bad enough the manager was doing the cooking and yelling at the front end people to pick up there orders before they got cold! If you want a good burger and fast service don’t go to 1725 Cascade Blvd!

Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time.
On a road trip, my brother and I had pulled up to the parking space after a long day of driving. We were there for about two minutes when the manager; Justin, came out and told us that we needed to hurry up and order food or leave. He was extremely rude and unprofessional.
In addition, the same manager stood outside smoking and talked with a co worker about several incidents in which he has assaulted customers. I recommend that you avoid this location.

Just got our order. We ordered 2 #9’s, no lettuce, put cheese and tomato on it. Got home, lettuce was on it and no cheese. Asked for light ice in the drinks, got mostly all ice. This place has really gone to the dogs
