As a frequent customer, this review focuses solely on my most recent experience. I placed a phone order, and the cashier was very pleasant. She accepted my order, even though I’d previously been told phone orders weren’t accepted due to customers not collecting their food. However, upon pickup, there was some confusion with my name; despite my repeated spelling, it was incorrectly recorded, causing a slight delay in locating my order.

Staff was on point and didn’t have e to wait too long for our order. The wings looked great but were very bland. The original hot sauce was the best part. The fries were essentially seasoned with sugar.

I really hope this location gets it together. Our sauces are constantly missing and we even pay for extra so it’s honestly been over 10$ worth that we’ve never received
Sad to say but if they don’t find people who can remember to put sauce in a bag we will have to order elsewhere. The sauce is part of the reason we order there..

bless this wing stop man . i always get their blue cheese n today i got like. 15 blue cheeses. maybe they remembered me lol. anyways. this a top notch wingstop n ill never stop getting wingstop from here. also their lemon peppa steppas are 1000000/10. best wingstop ever.

7-15-25 has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order online at 5:45 for 40 lemon pepper wings through the app. It says my order will be ready between 6:07-6:21. I get there at 6:30, the place is full, no one acknowledged me. So I stand patiently waiting, for over 30 minutes. I get my order, get home only 20 wings in the bag not 40, I call to let them know, I was immediately placed on hold. On hold for 10 minutes then the phone hangs up. I call right back, ask for the manager, Gabriella states she is the manager. I explain the situation. She says come back and get the rest of my order, I said how will I be compensated, she said come get my order and I can get the same order tomorrow on the house. I said I’m on my way there be there in 8 minutes, will my chicken be ready she says yeah. I get there the place is still crowded, my chicken NOT ready. So finally, I say where is my chicken. She brings me 10 wings, I said it’s supposed to be 20. I get the other 20, and go back home to finally eat dinner at 8, when I ordered the food at 5:45. I bet you Gabriella won’t honor her word and provide my order tomorrow for free.

Custmer service is subpar with in this entire mall area and this wing stop is no better. I often travel 10 minutes further to the next county for the same meal just to have a better experience custmer service wise.
