Came here after a recommendation, and wow the chicken delicious!!! Served hot and fresh! Was super crispy which we loved. The corn was alright, she mentioned it tasted like Mexican elote but did not, was just cheesy corn. My girls loved the fries and dumplings were fresh and crispy! Ordered spicy hot and soy garlic wings as well as original fried chicken strips. Will definitely be back!

So I lived in Korea for two years and I ate here a good amount of times. This place is almost spot on from what I remember from Korea. It is really good with a solid crunch and great flavor. My flavor was the Galbi and my wife’s was the honey garlic. I was tempted to go with the cheesy as it was highly advertised in Korea but maybe next time. Only downside is that it is not priced as nicely as it was in Korea but still worth it.

First time visiting and the food was so fresh. Everything was delicious and fresh out of the over/fryer/grill.
I really enjoyed the fried pickles. Definitely give the restaurant a try if you’re in the area!

The location was nice the service was very friendly the problem was is the food was not on par. Everything came out just slightly undercooked the fries were under done the cheese sticks not fully cooked and the chicken was just barely done zero crunch. Not reflective of the other BBQs that I’ve been to made me not want to return to this location again

Stop by for a snack. The cheese corn, there’s really not much to it, just cheese, corn and some spices. I am sure you can make this dish at home. Got the honey garlic chicken, it’s always good. No matter what you pick, can’t go wrong. When you get the fried chicken, don’t let it get too cold. The glaze chicken tastes better when it’s hot. If you do let the glazed chicken get cold, it’s still good. To me, when the glazed chicken gets cold the flavor seems to have changed. One of my friend can’t tell the difference, I think his taste buds are dead. A friend of mine explained something about decreased moisture in the coating and the change in the textured of the chicken. Call me crazy, I like it when it’s hot and I like it when it’s cold.

This was an interesting place. The inside design layout is kind of awkward. For our first time we didn’t know if we were supposed to go to the counter to order or wait to be seated. The chicken was very good. I would probably try a different flavor next time. And the lowest amount of wings you can order is a 9 piece. The pieces of chicken are huge and very juicy and delicious though. I wish you could order a smaller amount and have more than one flavor. The sweet potato fries were the best I had in a long time. It was also quite expensive.

I’ve seen mixed reviews about Live Oak’s location, but my husband and I were very impressed! It’s our first time at any Korean BBQ place. The servers were friendly, food came out quickly, and everything was hot fresh and DELICIOUS! We WILL be coming back!

I have eaten at the rittiman location but this one is closer. Great tasting chicken! Our server was awesome until the end when she came up to our table (while I was still eating, fingers covered in sauce) & asked,”are you ready to pay yet?” She’s young so maybe she doesn’t know any better. I’ll be back for the food but lil girl won’t be my server
