Came in an ordered, the girl wasn’t friendly what so ever. My daughter ordered a large cheese dip, the waitress brought cheese dip and left empty chips sitting for 20 minutes. Someone else at the table ordered a small cheese dip, it was never brought. We had to physically get up to go ask for more chips, and the cheese dip was cold. It was actually brought out cold. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The staff sits on their phones and pays no attention to customers. If you don’t want to wait tables get another job. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to eat. Once our food came out my order was also incorrect. No one ever came to check to see if everything was okay so I had zero chance to tell anyone. When I went to check out she was hateful. I told her my order was wrong and she asked me “well did you eat it?” I said yeah, half of it because you never once came back to check on us. We also never got our drinks refilled. Edited to add I ordered a fajita chimichanga and got a shredded chicken chimichanga. Price of a shredded chicken is 8.99, fajita is 13.00. Even thought the order was incorrect she said she couldn’t take it off and charge me for the actual order I received. So I paid 5 dollars more for something I didn’t get. I would like to speak to management if possible. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at an eating establishment is my entire 38 years of life.

We had good service here, and our waiter checked on us frequently. I had enchiladas verde, and I loved them. There isn’t much appeal on the inside of the restaurant though, it doesn’t look like anything special.

A nearly perfect time here! The food was spot on! The Atmosphere was almost perfect also save for the flys that got inside and was irritating the wife but that was it. The Service deserves a six star and I have never in my life said this. The man with the neck tattoos “Thrasher” was the most biggest surprise for our first time there way to go! Me and the wife set up tests when we go to eat at places and this Man here passes them all and probably did not even know he was being tested! Attentive but not crowding. Gave personal suggestions and they were outstanding selections! The cook in the back knows what he/she is doing to an artistic level. 10/10 will be back go ahead and take my money so far no place in pikevile even comes close.

This was our first time coming here. Matthew was our server and he was very courteous, kind and very delightful. Very attentive to details and made it a wonderful experience all the way around. Kudos to the kitchen as well the food was absolutely delicioso!

First time diner. Decor is a bit dated and showing wear. Wait staff was friendly but kind of slow. Our table had the fish tacos, which were seasoned and cooked well. Also had the cheese enchiladas which were also good. Overall the food was decent but the atmosphere and service pulled the experience down.

If I could give a 0 I would the salsa was spoiled the server was very friendly took the salsa and came back with more and it was also spoiled have 4 different salsa’s and all of them was spoiled I didn’t want any who ever falipa is he needs to stop storing so much salsa and just make enough for the day or date the salsa’s stop feeding people spoiled stuff and I don’t blame the waitress not her fault that falipa don’t know what he is doing

Los Panchos catered my daughter’s wedding at Fall Creek Falls for 150 guests this past Saturday and it was amazing!!! Alex, his family, and his staff made everything so easy. The food was delivered at exactly the time it was promised. Alex was always helpful and available every time I had a question. And the food for our fajita bar was so delicious. We had more than enough and people came back for seconds and thirds. It was just that good! Heck, I’ve eaten it 3 more times since we’ve been home from the wedding. We would highly recommend them for any of your catering needs.
