We had the Big Back Special and the Catfish and Shrimp dinner. This was my first time trying Crab Castle due to all of the mixed reviews. My first experience was a good one and that Big Back Special was loaded with crawfish, shrimp, sausage and 2 big snow crab clusters. The food was well, but not overly seasoned. Came with extra extra butter too. The Catfish and Shrimp came with portions as generous and tasty as the Big Back Special. No complaints.

Not sure why this place has 3.5 stars it should be 5. Let me tell you that the service was excellent the lady really had that customer service that all other restaurants lack off. She recommended me the cat fish platter omg they are delicious big quantity and hush puppies were so good. Definitely going to come back and try the boiled seafood I was in a rush but had a great time .
Definitely come and give it a 5 this place deserves it.

Deny my first time visiting crab castle, I’ve been trying to get here for weeks since I found it and it is amazing. Staff is wonderful. Anna is just a breath of fresh air and the food even though I didn’t taste it I can smell it. I’m gonna eat my butt off come out come out everybody enjoy great meal and great atmosphere

Oh Boy what a change. Please visit this Seafood and wing house. Under New Management and have some new exciting things in store. Our Catfish was fresh and hot. Cooked to order. Bob, yep BYOB. Nice patio. Just nice!!

We ordered the family deal for 118.00 plus tax. First n last time eating here. We ordered take out. Got it home and torn right into it. Corn- soggy extremely soft. You can tell it sits in the pot, shrimp with the head on- soggy heads were falling off meat was soft, sausages- soft but decent, snow crab legs- soft you can tell they sit in the pot also, butter- horrible! My husband doesn’t complain but said out of ten it’s was a 3. Just being honest. We have had better but this…..very expensive for the seafood to be this bad.

Omg I want to cry. It was so bad. Lord if I could leave a zero star I would. The only thing that tasted right was the lemon slices and melted butter. The crab legs tasted like they were freezer burnt and had a gritty taste like they were full of dirt. They were not cleaned at all. The potato’s were old and wrinkled and had black spots I couldn’t eat them. The shrimp weren’t curled they were straight meaning they were not fresh. I’m not very happy about the amount of money I wasted on a bag of trash. I’d been craving seafood for so long. My heart is just broken with disappointment

Best crab I’ve ever had. Almost ever piece came out whole and even my husband who isn’t big on seafood likes how flavorful it was. My son wants the recipe and asked to come here a million more times and he’s a picky eater but wants to try more food from here. The staff is so incredibly friendly and caring, even made sure I got a jello shot(which they have a kid safe version my son got) when I was in the bathroom. Owners came out to check on us multiple times and the Chef even walked us out after personally thanking us for coming. 1000/10 cannot wait to go back, would have if I wasn’t so full. Btw more crab per pound than Shell Shack and Seafood Shack and better tasting

My daughter and I have been eating here for a few years now and we actually like coming here because it’s close and convent.
I was hesitate of coming back because I saw a sign that stated “Under New Management” I figured it wouldn’t be the same. We ordered a few pounds of crab legs, shrimp, corn, eggs and potatoes our normal and got it home it was absolutely horrible. Shrimp were mushy, crab watery no flavor at all the sauce didn’t even taste the same and they must’ve switched butter because that wasn’t even the same.
It was a 0 out of 10 we will not be back.

I had to pay for the fish basket I’m which I didn’t like, but since I had to pay for it, I was definitely taking it home and probably give it to a homeless person! The server gave me my ticket and walked away! Per the ticket come the front to pay!! I go to the front to pay and ask for a to go box, the server has thrown the food away! Both the “manger” and server tells me oh well cause you complained about it!!! This is the worse service and food ever!! Do not recommend at all

Man I first time here and it was not good at all! I had got the shrimp boil which came with sausage, 1 corn, 1 potatoe and 5 lemon pepper wings. I order meduim spice in a garlic butter sauce. There was no spice to my food nor was there any flavor to my boil. It tasted plain and was not seasoned. The wings were alright, just not enough lemon pepper flavor. We decided not to go there ever again. Now I must be honest about one thing and that is the customer service was great.
