i have never been so mad. i mobile ordered my breakfast at 10:40…. 20 minutes before breakfast ends. i drive to the location and get there at 11. when i walk inside i said i had a mobile order and the worker told me there was no order for that name and to see the code i go onto the app and it says my order was cancelled. the smirk the worker gave me confirmed my belief that she knew about my order and cancelled it. i did NOT receive my money back and i am extremely disappointed. i then got a chicken sandwich since my order was cancelled and sat down to eat it with 10 flys around me. do not eat here

For the 18 years that i’ve been alive I’ve eaten at this mcdonald’s location but today was the final straw and I’ll never eat here ever again. I took a bite of my mcchicken to feel a weird texture and upon pulling it out of the patty i discovered a decent sized piece of rubber embedded inside which i could’ve easily eaten by mistake. Please for everyone’s health and safety seek a budget friendly meal anywhere else BUT mcdonald’s since it seems they’ve decided to serve us fake food with plastics and rubber inside. Never again will I ever dine at mcdonald’s and neither should anyone else

me and my friend placed mobile orders for breakfast at 10:40. we did this because we knew we couldn’t make it there by 11 when it said breakfast ended. We thought we were doing the right thing but unfortunately we drive all the way to mcdonald’s which was a 20 min drive just to get there and see our orders were cancelled without a heads up. The worker laughed at us when we realized. Highly disappointed and we did NOT receive our money back!

If I were to rate this place a zero I would. Bad costumer service. We went back for a drink and this lady says its not a drink it’s an ice cream shake the same bs. And she closes the window on me. Bad service bad attitude with all the employees. Also they tried to guilt trip me we didn’t pay when i had to highlight the receipt that we did pay for it.

Came here 6:44 pm 1/31/2026 to order curbside but its not shoveled out, so had to switch to drive through. Tell me how when i go to get my receipts both widows were rude and rolled thir eyes like i inconvenienced them. It was a young gentleman and woman. Not at all necessary. They need to do better.

Many times when they run out of stuff. They just don’t tell you and substitute it with soemthing else. For example. Ice tea lemonade. It will be just tea with a shot of lemonade or lemonade with a shot of tea. It would be better and easier to just say it and we can pick something else. The food is, well, McDonald’s. I had enough points for a free cheeseburger and I was in a hurry. I ordered through the McDonald’s app, where you can save $ on food, and had my order delivered to the curbside. You can have your food delivered through other delivery services that connect to the McDonald’s app. I think Door dash is one of them.
Though the McDonald’s building looks like a small Borg cube, it has a lighter color than other McDonald’s buildings. A Borg drone didn’t come to my car and inject meet with nanites. The woman who brought my food out was polite.
The parking lot was picked up.
If you like McDonald’s then I recommend this one.

I usually go through the McDonald’s drive-thru, but today they had an issue with sewer water, so the drive-thru was closed. I went inside to order and eat, but the place was a mess. All the tables were dirty, the trash bins were overflowing, and the employees were just standing around laughing and chatting instead of doing their jobs.
