I was told it would take 40 minutes for me to get my food. I actually received my food in an hour and a half after waiting double the time that I was estimated the food that I received was horrible so the point where I wasted $40.lo mein was dry and shrimps had a chalky texture. The pork fried rice with no vegetables was like warm semi hard and salty. The only thing somewhat edible were the ribs which in this case my husband and. We’re hungry smh.

Let me start by saying that Great Wall went above and beyond what customer service is really about!! DoorDash did not uphold its end and deliver my order complete. I called Great Wall and they resolved the incomplete order with NO HASSLE at all!! Instead of passing the problem off to DoorDash the manger delivered the rest of my order. That is what makes Great Wall my only go to for Chinese food!!
Not only did Great Wall make good on a bad situation… Great Wall DOES NOT SKIMP when it comes to ordering food. One serving of food can feed two people for sure!! Great Wall is second to no one in Berks County!!!

Great hole in the wall chinese food. Came in for a pick up order, the food was made fast and had great flavor and was fresh. Was also grateful that they took google pay since I had forgotten my wallet.

The food is delicious, and the portions are really big—one meal is really two. However, I’ve noticed the total price they charge you goes over what it’s supoosed to, like someone else pointed out. $40-50 for two $15 items? And of course, the woman who works the phone is always rude. Resturaunt inside is run down, recommend take out.

Ordered 2 half chickens with fries. I asked the rude girl that answered the phone to make sure the chicken was fresh and not double dropped. Meaning not doubled fried. It took an hour to be delivered. One of the orders was fried so hard that the chicken was dried out. The other was okay. On a positive note…the delivery guy was nice. Will look for another place to go that has friendlier people answering the phones, are considerate to customers requests, and better tasting food.

I thought I would give them another chance from my previous review. BIG MISTAKE!! Food is bland and the pork egg roll is disgusting. Again the positive thing was the drivery driver. Very nice guy. Will most definitely not order again.

Food is not fresh. The chicken wings are old, stale, and reheated. I asked for a cup with ice and they can’t or won’t provide one. The napkins are not accessible for public, you must ask for them. The dinning tables are not cleansed and sanitized after customers leave. Save yourself a trip to the hospital, save yourself some money, and go somewhere else you can get your money’s worth from a real fresh meal. I am definitely not returning to this restaurant- if you can call this a restaurant.

This is the spot. The food here is banging. They focus on what it’s important and make it happen. 100% the place you need to go to have amazing food. No complains on my end, only compliments.
