This was awful, cold, and the sauce that’s supposed to make it spicy wasn’t there. The fries were the only edible thing, seriously, and the soda was really annoying because this has become one of my favorites on the menu, but that’s because I’ve had it hot, obviously not at this location. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this restaurant.

Tonight on September 20, 2025 between 0115 -0145 hours.
I order my food thru drvie thru and i paid with EBT. The supervisor was speaking to the cashier when the windows were closed so u cant hear anything.
Then when the cashier was about to accept payment from me, He stated to the supervisor, “Thats what you meant hows he is paying.” I found that odd.
The staff had me back up from the register. And handed me my bag and i ordered 2 tacos, 1 medium fry, and large coke. When i drove away the fries were stale but hot and had a non fresh smell and taste. And when i bit one taco, the taco shell was difficult to chew and it was really stale yet hot.
I put two and two together is that they give those with EBT, either the unclaimed food from hours; or serve you products that are about to expire; or they reheat via microwave food so they can make profit fron those with EBT.
Then i called the locatiin and the cashiee answered and i stated who i was and requested to speak to the female supervisor and he was rude and then hung up on me. When i called again, the phone kept sending me to voicemail.
That is very wrong, unethical, illegal, and violates many federal and state regulations like FDA, CDC, and CDPH.
I want this matter to be addressed ASAP. If thete is no correction, i will contact DHCS, OSHA, CDC, CDPH, and FDA to investigate this matter. This can kill people or cause a serious illness.
Not only can this location be shut down, evrryone involve would be arrested; lawsuits would engage; and a big epidemic.
So someone contact me immediately.

This is easily one of the better Jack’s in the area. The service is always friendly, the store is clean, and the food is good!

Always go to Jack, but they missed my sandwich in my order tonight. I realized it and came back and asked for an additional sandwich for the inconvenience. I was all the up to my hotel room nearby when I found out. The woman there was just unprofessional. She said no, so I said “look, I’ve been in restaurants and fast food for up to 5 years, I’m just looking for something for my inconvenience”. She agreed she could give me fries, but upon me coming to the window, she didnt even say anything or apologize. She just shut the window.
Absolutely awful experience and apparently another guest at the same hotel I’m at also missed their fries.
If you’re just trying to get free dead food, honestly whoever it is needs to get fired, and whoever is the DM or the franchise owner, you should recheck your dead food inventory.

I was a paying customer and needed to use the restroom. This Jack in the Box has two restrooms, and one of them was clearly open, but the staff refused to let me use it. That’s unacceptable customer service. If you’re going to take people’s money, the least you can do is provide basic access to facilities. Definitely disappointed with how I was treated here.

I was only away for a few minutes and they towed my car. Worst service ever. Plus the food tastes horrible. Don’t even try to eat here. You’ll have to be on your nerves all the time or else robbers will tow your car. It’s totally a money grab, and the manager as well as the counter lady and the tow truck driver are all power tripping, doing whatever just because they can. I wish the manager and the very bad day, and I will never in my life step foot in a jack in the box ever again.
